Went on Saturday night the wait time for the food was a bit long we were starving…. Once the food came it was worth the wait
the food was flavourful we left with a happy stomach.highly recommend Tikka Masala

Experiences at restaurants can change from one visit to the next. My experience at Indigo was very pleasant. The food I received was excellent, and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t usually go for a curry. The range of whisky / whiskey they have is out of this world, and I found the service great. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.

OMG - the food was stunning. It is the best Indian meal (and we love Indian food) we have ever eaten. The whole experience was memorable. The service was impeccable. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I had dinner there last night. The food was absolutely delicious and the service team was extremely friendly and attentive.

Oh gosh what a delightful little place this is can’t wait to bring hubby here.although it was quiet on a Wednesday night the service was amazing, welcoming just made me happy and the range of whiskeys is beyond comprehension something like 1200 different bottles different prices just incredible and they sell some really nice bottles for off license I believe, also there is a Spirit menu so you can actually find what you are looking for (example of one of the pages in photos!) thanks team for your hospitality. It was lovely being a woman on my own and having my nightcap with such great company.

I really enjoy coming here with my friends, we have such a lovely experience, you are all friendly and I love how you come to chat, drinks are yummy, we will be back

Absolutely fabulous food, definitely a 10/10.
The service was superb, and the setting was cosy.
My husband and I had five of the share plates, and my goodness AMAZING! The wasabi fish and sashimi platter was perfect in every way.
We have been fortunate enough to eat at some lovely establishments in Nz, and this is right up there!

Our friends specially recommended visiting this restaurant when in Napier and so we did.
They had an awesome beverage menu, which was very impressive. Even booking a table through their website was very convenient. Staff was friendly and the ambience was good too but the food was disappointing and below average. Too salty and in the curries all we could taste was tomato. Of all the 6-7 items we ordered only Samosa chaat was nice. Going by the other reviews I hope this was just one of the odd days but overall the experience was pleasant.

Honestly can't fault the food was outstanding. The service on the other hand was terrible. Multiple times we had to have second tries at ordering drinks.

Chefs selection dinner was on point. I have referred a lot of friends to this restaurant for its fabulous curry and whiskey selections and we always visit when in Napier. However I was disappointed to be overlooked by the whiskey waiter who only spoke to and served the men at the table. When he returned with their whiskeys the guys had to ask him to serve me as well (the only other person at the table).

Lied to us that the tables are booked and refused service even thoughthere were empty seats. We also asked if we can seat outside, but they said it'sbookedas well. We returned there in 30 minutes to pick the car up and there was no one eating there. I suppose they should not lie and refuse service to someone. There is no chance that 50 people would have came, had dinner and gone in less than 30 minutes.

Amazing food. Very flavoursome and a great range! Great service and knowledge of both the food and the Whiskey. Whiskey selection is unmatched in New Zealand. Also have a great range of Gin and Rum as well. Thanks for a wonderful evening.

Food was delicious especially the Samosa Chat starter. Nice mocktail choices. Saved some money by booking on first table

The food was excellent, the staff were really friendly and the price was good. I'd definitely go back again. A must try in Napier if you like Indian food.

I booked a table for 8 people lastnight, the others are our good friends that we invited out for dinner. They arrived there before us and on time only to be insulted by the woman that i booked with. She was absurdly rude and was yelling at OUR GUESTS and didnt even speak properly to all of us when we arrived she just kept murmuring while walking to the back. How could she sound re-assuring on the phone and cant be half as nice in person? We left to go somewhere else because she was absolutely disrespectful to us and especially our guests who arrived before us. ABSOLUTELY RUDE! Wont ever go there ever! They dont even deserve half a star but i couldnt review if i didnt give one. WHOEVER SHE IS, YOU NEED TO FIX YOUR ATTITUDE, YOURE LUCKY I HAD GUESTS, Yall are gon' lose customers with that FUGLY ATTITUDE!

Great food and service. Really worth a visit. Bonus was the music. Really good duo playing music you could talk over.
