Kolachi Eatery

No complaints about the food etc but the condition of the outside tables is absolutely appalling.they are filthy and have pealing varnish that is just so bad. I wont be eating there again untill they get their furniture up to a reasonable standard.

Coffee was great but the machine they have is not setup to handle a large amount of people. The backlog of orders for coffee was about 30 mins, and we were just stopping in for takeaway. Maybe something to keep in mind if you’re passing by and it looks busy inside.

The cafe itself is massive and keeps going further into the building, so there are lots of places to sit. On a cold day, the warm inside area was nice.

Staff were friendly - no issues there.

Absolutely love the service in this place, good food and fantastic coffee. A highlight of Napier's Cafe culture for sure.

We arrived after the kitchen was closed which turned out to be great. The cabinet food was superb, nicely presented and well priced. The tea was in a decent sized pot and came with heated cups. Great, as we were sitting outside in the fresh air. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely Blueberry Muffin and beautiful Oat Latte here on Thurs 28th April. Service was good and loved the art by the couches at the end of the cafe.

Went here this morning to have breakfast and were told the kitchen was shut. So decided to have a date scone and coffee. The scone was old and dry but the coffee was ok.

Delicious! The smashed avo was so good. It could have fed two people! Generous serving and fresh. So yummy.

My son had the eggs Benedict and it was absolutely delicious! I also had a taste of the mango smoothie, best I've ever had.theres something different about it! The lemon friand was delicate and delicious! Thankyou

Really great eatery. Good coffee, good selection of meals and also a large selection of cabinet items. Service is friendly and usually fast. One of the best cafes in Napier.

Haven't been having a good time lately and needed to get out of my house. Decided to stop in to this place
while waiting for the shops to open and I'm so glad I did. Gorgeous little eatery, BEAUTIFUL food and coffee. And was lovely just sitting in the outdoor area and enjoying a sunny morning. Can't wait to come back?

Food was tasty. Good portions for the price. Lots of outdoor seating. Was wondering if the cafe was Serbian because it means cakes in Serbian.

We arrived early (before noon). Not crowded. This developed into a good swell of customers by the time we left, inside and out. We had a lovely table tucked into one side of the restaurant area. Faster customers could use the stool by the window (and they did)

The worst big breakfast I have had, , undercooked sausage, mushrooms, overcooked hash brown, hard cold poached eggs and 2 slices of pretend bacon, shocking

I had the big breaky here. It was excellent. The eggs were well cooked. The mushrooms were delicious. A substantial breakfast for a great price. Staff were friendly and the coffee was good. What more could you want! I definitely recommend.

Nice place. Lots of different types of seating to choose from. Friendly staff and most importantly nice coffee.

Ordered Kolachi a few times via deliver easy, food superb and doesn't disappoint. Wife loves their bao buns so much I ordered a few extra for mothers day and she was pleased. Definitely recommend

Im mainly giving a two star review due to the poor service I received after sending bag a chicken birger I ordered as the chicken was way overcooked. We had already waited 30 minutes by the time the burger came out and you would expect that if something got sent back it would be rushed so that the customer wouldnt have to wait another 30 mins. However 20 minutes after I sent it back they still hadnt boight it out and we had to leave for an appointment. They still didnt offer to refund us at this point and said it would be 5 mins, meaning they hadnt even started on it yet. 5 minutes went passed and it still hadnt come out and we asked for a refund this time and again said it would be 5 mins. We did finally receive it in a takeaway box but after all this I really did not feel like eating it. So disappointing all round really.
