Great pools, bathrooms smelled like pee unfortunately but otherwise everything else was great!

Amazing place, great variety of pools as well as a sauna, steam room, and lane swimming. The cafe is also right next to the pools which is convenient. Tidy and affordable. Would recommend to others.

Very good time here. The spa is nice and relaxing after you have just been in the cold pool. The cold pool is fun to play in. The warm pool is good to relax in and have fun in. The lane pool is also really good to practise swimming in. This place has a wide variety of things to do.

My friends car went flat outside ocean spa and one of the girls Sophia from the front desk saved us and helped jump starting our car best customer service/ help ever

Great facility, great staff, but changing rooms are gross to the point that we got changed in the car. Bring jandals.

Good spot. Can be pretty rowdy (not that peaceful) but enjoyable none the less. Steam room and Sauna are primo!

Purchased a 10 session voucher for my nephew for his birthday and had a great coffee at The Bach.love it when you can get two jobs done within a matter of minutes.

More relaxed and focus in my daily routine us a mother just help motivate to support my family more and luv my the atmosphere

I work out here and my family comes with me to go to the spa pools at least once a week.

The dry spa is really relaxing. Sometimes inconsiderate guests add strong scented essential oils to the rocks and it’s nearly impossible to sit in there after (please stop doing this!). They do this even after reading the sign that says not to add anything to the rocks lol. Oh well.

Other than that the workout equipment is a little dated but well kept. The staff are friendly and I’ve made a few friends from regular chats over the years.

The pools are clean and relaxing. The kiddie pool is fun for my boys and they enjoy the nice fountain.

I had a wonderful time with my family and they have BBQ's you hire for 10 dollars per hour! We are definitely going back again.

These hot pools overlook the beach on Marine Parade. Clean and spacious facilities with affordable pricing. There's a cafe on site if you suffer from caffeine deficiency. Great for a winter soak. If you get there early enough you can catch the sun rise.

Love it here, excellent for relaxing and soothing a tired or sore body. Kids love playing in both the hot and cold pools, and i enjoy the ocean views in the hit spas.

Great hot pools! Only $10 pp. Large heated outdoor swimming pool, two hot spas, large hot pool area with waterfalls and bubbles, sauna and steam room, and other pools too. Changing facilities are a little basic but hot showers and can change temperature on dial, reasonable sized changing area and clean. Very relaxing and nice ️

Haven't been there since COVID-19 but the place hasn't changed, but in saying that, being there is always better than the last time. Standout this visit were the Receptionist/Front Desk Staff. They were amazing, kind, courteous, helpful, amazing.

These facilities are an embarrassment for Napier. The concrete on the sides of the pools is cracked and falling into the pool. It feels like gravel under your feet. The dark blue tiles are now so faded and discoloured and tge water on Saturday was murky and uninviting. It really needs renovating throughout. I am a very disappointed Napier resident.

Great quality for money. We had a lovely time here. Restrooms could do with a bit of an extra couple of cleans throughout the day and the lockers could do with an upgrade. But none the less it was relaxing.
