Pizza Hut Hastings West

The pizza base was very rubbery like the dough was old and it had small pieces of shrimp, hardly any topping, for a $20 pizza I was very disappointed. I will not recommend pizza Hutt Hastings to any one.

I appreciate a great slice of pizza, and Pizza Hut always delivers. The crust is just right, the toppings are generous, and the overall taste is bussin/amazing

I ordered a pizza that came to the value of $31, the wrong food was delivered. I sent the food back and was given a refund of $26. After speaking with the manager, I was informed of the situation on their end and told I would be getting another pizza + refund. I would like to make it clear, I was in no way rude just panicking over the situation. Anyways, it’s been an hour since I made contact with them and still never received the pizza.

Waited 20 minutes on smoke for my food for them to tell me they gave my order away and game me my money back with no food now I'm back at work hungry

The pizza at our local store is consistently good. I always enjoy it, and believe it's value for money.

The greasiest Pizza Hutt I've been to. Yuk, my wife and I couldn't finish our Pizzas for the grease, in the bin they went, except for the cardboard which we recycled

Best Pizza Hut in Hawke’s Bay! Definitely best to order through the app and then pick it up, less waiting and you can get your order perfect each time.

Nice store designed for fast meal turnout and not much space for sit in to wait for eal pick up which is OK. Good location busy place most of open hours. Worth the visit. Good parking outside store when it available

Terrible experience. Mucked up our entire order. The person taking the order didn't know how to put part of our order through the till, so I had to do part of it online, while standing at the counter. Instead of getting a cheesy crust on our pizza, they gave us a cheesy garlic pizza. And our New Yorker was just an XL. We won't be back to this store.

Didn't get all of our order and didn't make pizzas correctly. Asked to remove toppings due to being allergic and they hadn't. Told driver about missing order and was told will bring back. Never did so contacted them which replied will send out. Over 2 hours later nothing had been delivered. So rang to ask for refund for missing order. Was told will be done the next day. And nothing has been done about it

In the last 18 months this shop has gone downhill bigtime. Manager is rude when his staff have made the mistake. This is now the third time they have messed up the delivery.first was 3.5 hours late.second was 1 hour late and cold.and the latest one was delivered to the wrong house. Manager accused us of lying about delivery and the food was given to a child at the house. Not our house. Will now no longer be buying pizza from this store as I wont support a store that treats regular customers so abusively.

Ordered veggie lovers only got two toppings on it capsicum and tomatoes common guys! Paid 12 dollars not 5.

Pizza Hut is my favourite of the Fast Food Pizza places and this one is the closest to me I have used them a lot.

What a terrible experience! We ordered a large blue cheese and mushrooms pizza and got a chicken and blue cheese. We ordered a Hawaiian with extra pineapple and mushroom and got not pineapple at all and barely any mushroom! Very disappointed.

Great service from the store team but surprised no customer service for new Zealand as i have placed duplicate order and none of them know how to refund even tho i have supplied all details like order number and screen shots. Really disappointed with the customer service.

Your staff don't known how to drive specially the girl with white bmw she was about to crash my car and she do not known how to speak, In future, won't be ordering online or going to the heretaunga street pizza hut.

Slow service. Took far to long to make peoples pizzas, only had 2-3 workers on. 1hr later an i finally got my 2 pizzas
