Spark Store Hastings

We were in Hastings from out of town for a family funeral, and we went in this morning after my wife's old S8 decided to not turn on this morning, right when it was needed the most. Was assisted by Ethan who was super helpful and we even left spending less money than we thought we would have to.

The staff were very knowledgeable with our query we had and help to rectify the issue. The staff supported each other if they need assistance to complete the process. Great service

Waste my tine, 3x I've travelled from Wairoa 2 Hastings 4 my phone costing me petrol not Spark only to be told they have 2 send it away 2 reset it costing me another $30 AND I lose my everything left on my fone, when they gave it 2 me 2 take home 2 finish xferring it worked using the pin Ive always used as explained over & over again til breaking point that I was using the same pin that I've always used 2 unlock it so not satisfied customer @ all #frustrating

In and out had a problem with my phone and the young man fixed it I 10 minutes. Fantastic service thank you

Returned faulty Apple ear pods with receipt to Hastings shop, told sorry ring customer service as online Purchase, contacted customer service and they refused the refund saying it has to be done in shop. So back I go again today, you guys need to get your customer service straight and stop mucking customers around!

Staff very helpful I'm on holiday here in New Zealand and they sorted out my Mobil so it's working

Love being a spark costomer, have been with all the others and have found spark to be a bigger help and more patient with us older customers. Staff are very helpful and positive to deal with. Spark are not always the cheapest but to me they're the best.

It's an ok company. Reliable internet. But no wow factor with service. Also no reward system for long term customers that are loyalty to them for 10 years +

Anna was not able to look into an account due to their shop landline not able to record! Ok but
After receiving an account for $311! To see it was only a data plan? Why? Rather than calls and messages which in the history and they were told this was what was used majority of the time. Not all pensioners are mobile and computer savvy! Ripped off.

Go for MEGAN. One big issue and one simple solution after talking through scenarios. Megan was supportive, patient, competent and efficient. After a number of discussions, computer try outs, general comments and Megan's ability to think " outside the square", viola! Solution. One pleased Spark employee and one even more pleased Spark Customer. Its the HUMAN touch after me trying in vain through Spark account site. ALL business is about building positive relationships for effective customer service. Top notch MEGAN at Spark Hastings.

Level 2 measures, but was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Nice staff got me sorted out quickly.

Waiting in line then I move to another. I saw a couple standing at the back but I had arrived before them. 5 minutes later I finally get to buy my purchase but before I can ask the young guy says are you next or that other couple? He asks them if they were before me and they so no. The audacity to try and shame me out! This clown could see I was waiting. Also a Maori couple in front of me bought an iphone and he rushed them. They looked confused as heck. Maybe not tech savvy I dont know.
Treat people better. You are selling expensive products not working in a corner store dairy selling ice creams. Train up the staff to not be racist because thats what it was. Clown was too busy worrying about if I jumped the queue than explaining to his customers all about their purchase eg warranty, information about the iphone etc.

They have asked me to bring the item back for check up once I fully charge it up for them, that's great.

Clean and well organised. Small selection of handsets that are available in NZ. Over priced accessories

The guy who I dealt with was very nice he explained wot I needed to no explained it clearly and was very helpful. I am not tech savvy.

Really did not appreciate the indians for trying to tell me about their life story like i just want my broad band if you need i can refer you thinder.

Amazing service. Did what I needed and put the covid app on for me too as asked. Got to watch the cricket there while spark sport was put onto phone as requested. Great service. Friendly staff.

Best service ever from Mathew Hastings store.in fact i will be telling all my friends to go to him in Hastings an Abbey in Napier who gives the same service as Matt.they certainly go that extra mile

Worst customer service both in-store & over the phone. I had to resort to calling Spark's customer care line who were much more helpful, & resolved my issue. I regret purchasing my phone at this store. Will avoid their business at all cost.
