The staff were very friendly, and it seemed like a few people were regulars, and i can understand why. The food was very tasty and we loved it all.

Took 1 1/2 hours to take our order, once food arrived they came to clear the table after only 15 minutes while we were in the bathroom. The plates were clearly unfinished many of them 3/4 still full of food without asking. Also delivered the wrong food to our table and expected us to pay for the wrong order as well as our food which we did not get to eat as it was taken away

Fantastic Thai & Vietnamese menu. Food is delicious and quick service. Always busy here. Eat in or order take aways. Good value for money. Friendly efficient staff. One of our favourite restaurants actually. Can cater for large groups too. May pay to book a table at peak hours.

Very poor customer service we have to wait for one hour after giving the order. Meals were expensive and quality was pathetic. I.e. It was not cooked properly. They are taking premium price and providing very ordinary service. There are far better restaurants in Napier then this one who offer good food and better services.

Best Thai in Hawkes Bay! Really friendly & helpful staff…helps with vegan recommendations. Roti bread & House curry with tofu - outstanding!

My family of 5 went to Sri Thai for dinner last night 24/10/21. We got the fish cakes, stuffed mushrooms and satay chicken as starters and they were absolutely delicious! Our 5 mains were absolutely delicious also! We all share the plates!
The service was fantastic, lovely staff, we often were asked if we needed anything extra.
Very busy night so small wait time!
We will be back!

The price was way too high for the portion, although flavour of the curry was delicious, pho doesn’t taste authentic at all, waited 40 minutes+ to get all our dishes, not worth it for me

Group of 8, absolutely beautiful meals. Service top and entrees and mains amazing. You love Thai or Vietnamese this restaurant is worth a visit. 10 out of 10

I'm in a wheelchair and they went out of their way to help me get to my table and the food was great a must if you want a good meal

Waited an age for food. Main meals were fine but ordered noodles and got 2minute noodles instead of decent ones. Bit disappointing for dinner out

Very busy restraunt 45 min wait for takeaways food ok not a bad thing but ok noodle like 2minute noodles in the packet not to exciting

If you want that traditional homemade flavours, then look no further.

Tom yum soup was tasty but could a little more sour. 14.9$ entree with prawns. Expensive given the quantity.

Also had green Thai house curry + chicken. This was creamy, cocci it and a nice flavour. Must remind that it was so it but enjoyable. 18.9 and plus 2$ rice.

Overall 2.5 - 3 /5 for taste, quality and value.

While the manager was friendly and helpful as always, we left as one of our meals took so long to arrive. They seem to be stretched and disorganised at the moment.

Very poor experience, waiting more than 40 minutes, poor manner, waiting for a long time, very small amount, never come in the future. Not recommended
