I can’t speak highly enough of TC computers. He located the graphics card as the source of the problem and while the computer is out of its 1 year warranty, informed me that it should be covered by the CGA. He then packaged the computer beautifully with bubble wrap so that I could send back to the retailer, including a letter to them of his findings. And very reasonably priced, especially considering that his knowledge of the CGA will hopefully save me from needing to buy a new laptop!

I took my computer to TC Computers because I thought the On/Off switch was faulty but the technician had a quick look at it while I waited. The power supply unit was kaput and needed replacing and as it was 15 minutes before closing time I was quite prepared to leave the computer there and return next week to pick it up but the technician continued working on it until the job was completed and the computer tested. The result was one very happy first time customer. Many thanks for the prompt service.
