Please do not enrol here the worst place i enrolled online 1 month ago i recived the email saying. I will be contacted with in 5 working day. After 2 week I having calling them but they say the lady who does enrolment is away call after some time. Its almost a month i having calling them Now a rude reception lady told me that your enrolment is in waiting list You have to wait 1 and half month. Is it some kind of joke as before enroling i called and ask them they said we have got space for new patients so it will be really quick this the worst thing SHAME ON THEM

Horrible Service From Reception!
I Rung to book an appointment with the doctor two weeks prior because I needed a medical certificate. I showed up there for the receptionist to tell me that no I was put down for a phone consultation and that the doctor rung me on my old numbers and I missed it. Afterwards the old lady was just so rude I was trying to sort things out with her and also had winz on the phone aswell. I tried to tell her that I rung the doctors off my support workers phone and she was there when I made the appointment. It had to be face to face because the doctor needed to sign some forms. When I went to get those forms and try give them to her she kept walking away from me like i wasn't important at all. I had my child in the car with her aunty. I was trying to tell her that. As I was in such a rush! I limped into the doctors because i also use crutches for my knee that's stuffed the reception there honestly doesn't even care about people and they shouldn't have there jobs. I get way better service walking into (The doctors Napier) instead of here at green Meadows. Will be going in there next week with my support worker to lay a formal complaint on this lady. To many times I have had rudeness from the old women who sit at the desks. They wouldn't even do my partners enrollment forms they told him to do them online (which wasn't working at all) but they did my forms there etc. Picking and choosing who they actually wanna help. I didn't even get seen. And they better not think they can charge me for a phone consultation I did not want or agree to.

If I could give no stars, that's what I would do after my experience today. No care or compassion from the Dr I spoke to. I'll be trying hard to find another surgery!

Just had to call reception talked to a lady named Lisa was the best phone call from any doctors Iv ever had helped me with everything I need very nice defiantly needs a pay rise with the other comments Iv read on here

I love going to the Dr in Green Meadows Such friendly staff always helpful only waited 5 minutes for an appointment Dr Amy Pearl is a lovely GP and I don't have to Pay a huge amount of money like the Dr Back in Levin affordable and caring there I give them 5 *****

I've called three times today and I am still not able to get a hold of anyone. There's always issue with getting a hold of anyone at this facility! I've been waiting to get my call answered for over 10 min.for the 3rd time, I am in real pain and can't even get a hold of the reception to speak to anyone! I don't understand how it's acceptable to wait over 10min on 3 occasions in the same day to just speak to the receptionist, I haven't even gotten to the doctor yet - It's always a big drama to get to see a doctor or speak to anyone at this site! They are always behind schedule and delayed with their services. Their Manager needs to step up really!

Absolute shocking, no point having receptionists there, as the recording over the phone likes the sound of it's own voice, ive been there in the carpark calling to make a booking and the receptionists are sitting there yapping, I'll be looking for another GP for my grandchild pronto. Useless.

I do have to agree with other reviews that the waiting times for a doctor or a nurse is unacceptable. And also trying to get an appointment is very hard to get when you want it, even if it is not an emergency. But going on manage my health is a good way of getting an appointment that the doctors rooms aren't able to get for you. Recently I had a good experience, the receptionist Sheree, who made an appointment for me with the nurse after seeing the doctor, could see that I had been sitting for another 40 minutes, investigated to see what the hold up was. She came back and explained that they were trying to make a room available. If more care, thought and consideration was made for patients like this, you would mind waiting a little bit. Thanks so much Sheree as I was feeling very unwell at the time.

Just got a bad service from Tarsh who is a public receptionist at counter. No smile, grumpy face, not a friendly voice. When she thought I said wrong details she just had a quarrel with us. She didn't even say sorry no good manners at all. So disappointed with the service here. I think the problem is the HR manager didn't hire the right person for this job.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I got to the doctors for my 15 Minutes appointment which the doctor was 10 minutes late for. She told me I had 5 minutes to discuss my issue then she has to see the next patient. I told her about two issues I had and she didn't even address the second issue. She was literally just shoo-ing me out of her office. I have called 8 times in two days to get my blood results and every time I get told she will call me back. Or there's a note for her to call me. I just called again and the receptionist didn't even put me on the list to be called this morning! After having called 4 times the day before and twice today! My dog's vet has better service for a pet then this place for PEOPLE! Appalling! Not to mention the sour look on the receptionists faces the whole time. And they less than friendly telephone service. You'd swear their faces would crack if they gave anyone a smile! I paid $50 for blood work and a 5 minute consultation! If they want to charge premium prices they need to deliver a service that's not sub-par. 8 phone calls in and still no action from them!

I came here quite some years ago to pick up some medications for my Mother. I found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful.
