The Stables Bar and Grill

We really enjoyed our dinner and drinks here! We came in as a party of five and everyone was very happy with their meal. I especially liked the pan-fried fish, which was cooked very well and full of flavor. Our waitress was very kind and quick to assist us too. Definitely a great place for dinner!

Extremely disappointing from my last visit and stay. I went for a meal only and was shocked at the Waite time and received my meal cold partly uncooked and the dumplings just about raw. Sorry this place has gone backwards in the food department.

We ordered steak and pork belly. The streak was fine and cooked how it was ordered. The pork belly was very plain and the 'crackle' on top was soft and not crunchy at all. They didn't have one of their on tap beers or any mashed potato which was a staple on the menu. We were never given water for the table or any salt and pepper. We could hear the staff gossiping about people and they didn't seem to know what was going on (what food went where, which tables had ordered ect). We didn't bother telling the wait staff the issues because the we heard another customer complaining and as soon and the customer left the staff started mocking them and saying they were lying.

Cold cold plates food went cold very quickly veges not well cooked. Have been here before many times and been ok. Please heat yr plates

Great value meal, tastey too. Goid venue esp for a group. But smaller tables well looked after too. Friendly, positive and efficient maitre D. Young person and she was outstanding in her attitude and service.

Always enjoy the meals at the Stables Bar and Grill, a very good selection on the menu. Friendly staff and excellent service.

Absolutely amazing food and the service made it even more enjoyable, We will be back.
