Store well presented, however the car park around the warehouse specifically could do with a regular clean and/or wash.

Bit rude really, rushed all the way across town because mum needed a chilly bin to receive meals on wheels that started the following day. Hockey training finished after 8: 30pm. At 8: 52pm the man rudely told me it was closed and I could not run in to grab it. Would have taken 2 minutes. Misleading to say it's open till 9pm. Staff all knocked off and leaving the premises at 8: 57pm

Went in late this arvo looking for work clothes I couldn't find but got help from a very helpful and nice young lady. Kahu I think was her name.most obliging.

Wanted to pay cash at self checkout. Waited for machine.found no cash one. Staff said I could pay at her booth then told to wait coz she must keep an eye on the self service. Hense didn't get served had to resit again in another queue. Was try to show grand daughter how to shop.

Love going here, there's always bargains to be found, and generally most staff are helpful, there return policy needs to be researched before purchasing electronic equipment ie headphones, as you cannot leave the store and open the package then try return them due to hygiene reasons, which is an appalling reason not to refund product. If shoes were bought and didn't fit but were tried on would this be the same case. So definitely look into this before purchasing.

No staff around to help if u need it and really rude and not at all interested in helping with information on a product we just walked out and went to the Napier store

I have done a click and collect. However I was charged a Delivery fee of $30 which is odd. Then I went and inquire from Hastings Warehouse.

“The lady was like “ I don’t know… it’s charged by online team”, it was not us”

It was really rude the way she told that. It was my 1st and last click and collect. Never going to order from them again.

Worst customer service. No one looks happy. Worst attitudes. I swear ima start fighting your employees if they carry on being disrespectful. I brought 18 new ps5 games and the lady scratched every single one of them and then wont return them or exchange them for new ones even though i have my receipt and came in the very same day to return them.

Really disappointed yesterday. One toilet out of order, the other had no toilet seat and no toilet paper. Surely there are ways to do this better

Click and collect service was shockingly bad. Got completely ignored by all 3 staff members, who had all served another team member ahead of me. When I was finally served by Claudia, she didn’t speak at all. The worst customer service I’ve had at The Warehouse

It's fine I miss the days of getting music and games from The Warehouse I wish they'd stock more Record players and make an effort selling those.

Prices are steadily increasing, and no longer getting a 'bargain'. Customer service is shocking, sometimes no greeting, eye contact or conversation with checkout operators.

The warehouse staff here really on the bzll wiping down the self service checkout between each customer. Nice work guys.

After trying to find something in the store that was in stock online and had no luck, I asked a staff member if they could help who was stood at a computer, they said it was in stock but they couldn't help me find it and it was best that I try again

Attempting to buy a chrome cast and Calvin at the music counter was awesome.checking to make sure it was going to do what it needed to as the box didn’t say Disney + on it and his one didn’t run Disney +, top service from him

Brought this cool shirt from the warehouse honestly it slapped. Pretty much the warehouse helped me get drip thank you warehouse. I got a bargain

Quite a big warehouse, easy to be invisible here as I don’t remember seeing much staff around to assist. Located items myself, ok store and prices.

Good layout, my only criticism would be the lack of social distancing during covid level 2. I know it is level 1 now but when I went it was level 2 and yes they allowed only the 100 people in store, however there was no social distancing enforced and I think that sucks. Otherwise it's a decent warehouse store with a good range of products.

I order my ps4 controller last week Tuesday on picked up and collect and its monday now and try to ring them 3 times no one answer. It shouldn't take that long for a ps4 controller to get delivered. I will never shop here online I recommend noel leeming fast order and pick up.
