The Warehouse Napier

Took two kids in to buy games for their Nintendo switches. Took the covers to the entertainment counter but both games couldn’t be found because they’ve gone walk about according to the worker.

The carpark is covered litter needs to cleaned up everyday it will end up in stormwater not a good look

Went to the store today, could not find what I was after, noticed the store has its own maps, how awesome, used this to find what I wanted,

Had a very pleasant experience shopping at a busy time today, which is unusual in retail. Big ups to the well oiled team that held it down. In particular, Alex, he was a very accomadating, professional, prompt, and gave great friendly service. He dotted the I's and crossed the T's on a very special Laybuy I wanted setup. Not only that, when I wanted to check it was sorted properly as Alex was very busy. I had a second amazing experience on the phone to Carol who was equally as professional and on point. Thank you very much for doing things well. Good on you Napier Warehouse.

Wow. What awesome team you have. Two of the team went out of their way to help me found specific candles for my grandsons birthday. This is not the first time they've been helpful like this in this store neither.

Pretty stink they don't deliver the ridiculously large items that don't fit on a standard ute. Never-ending the fact I spent almost $1000 dollars there too, or the fact I had spinal surgery 3 months ago and can't even lift it. Thanks heaps.

Bloody appalling with answering your phone calls! In desperate need to find whether or not you have a baby product in stock and I’ve called several times and no one seems to like to pick up the calls! If I had the ability to rate no stars I would! Never answer your calls ever

I understand why, but a part of me will always miss the upstairs tech/book section. Does anyone else remember that dingy corner by the shoe section? Absolute nightmare fuel. Anyway I miss it dearly, its still pretty cool though)

Could be a little more organized, in staff and stock item's, Just a few issues, pricings on wrong item's s unexpected surprise at checkout holding up the whole line. More the 20 people at checkout but only one check out open. Returns bay bad attitude could be more understanding as it was the wearhouse at fault with incorrect pricing. Hastings branch have a great attitude at the returns bay.

Carol was absolutely amazing yesterday when I purchased a table setting a lady who truly believes in customer service, I definitely did not leave disappointed.

The store is nice and clean and reasonably priced, staff are ok but I wish there were more workers at the checkout especially if it's busy. That is the reason you miss another star.

Great place for shopping. IF they've got what you want in stock. Website claiming local store has it in stock? Great.take it with a grain of salt. Know where to find the product you want? No? Order online for local pickup.you'll get it faster than trying to find a staff member to point you to the location. Want 'a bargain' at the place where 'everyone' gets one? KNOW what you should be paying.there's bargains to be had, but they're nowhere near as prolific as the 'forgone conclusion' they once were.be VERY careful in the groceries section in particular. Click and Collect appears (so far) to be quite prompt and reliable.although local staff tend to smother orders in 'rolls' of wide adhesive packaging tape to hold individual items together.annoying, time consuming, destroys packaging on items you may have purchased as gifts. Overall the rating of 4.1 (currently) surprises me.

Its pretty good but their food isnt as cheap as paknsave you can get a 2L mountain dew for 2 dollars at paknsave instead of spending 2 30

The entrance to this store was nothing short of disgusting.
Clearly people/customer's are filthy litter bugs.
But don't encourage it by not cleaning it up. Don't share all the litter with our environment.

Worst warehouse i ever been.
Wrong price tickets were under products (same brand/category). Had to be there twice with different staff to explain. Even promotion date on the tickets were expired. What a great price integrity.

On 24th January, I returned a curtain that i had purchased as i was tossing up between 2 patterns. It was buy one get second half price. What a drama. The supervisor was training a lady for my return of curtain and i also bought 2 others. The supervisor (Donna) was so loud explaining every computer input as if she was teaching the whole shop. 15 minutes later she came up with a total. I kept explaining that it was not right as i knew what the total should be. No she wasn't having it, and said it was right and she would explain it to me. She was not going to listen to my explanation. I said ok. I went to my car and went over it again. Yes it was wrong. Went back and she said loudly that she would explain it to me again! Finally the penny dropped and if she had listened to me in the first place and tallied it up in plain English she would have saved a lot of time. But she thought she knew better. She finally credited me the $59 owed.

They're usually good with customer service and such, security is good and a good parking lot and such, good place to find random stalls of foods like sausage sizzles, a food truck, a donut truck, wonder what's next

Gee I was very disappointed in the garden area all the plants are half dead and some diseased, desperately in need of water even the plants in store are dying of thirst, I was hoping to spend some money upgrading my garden but no went elsewhere, definately need someone in there that knows what they are doing, all the staff member was doing was pulling of the dead parts of the cyclamens, they need water.

There pool area was super low on stock stil after returning for the second time that week. I asked at the counter if they had the usual pool chemicals i use. She checked the computer yes plenty in the store, called over a manager and was then told in a matter of fact way she doesn't have anyone that can get them for me and to order online. Mustn't want my money
