9Good range of service and product options. But the customer service is not good at all, especially this clerk called Melanie. It is the 3rd time I come to the store and she doesn't greet or acknowledge the customers. In fact, once she was chatting with other colleagues, saw us and pretended we were not there and kept going even when I spoke up. I understand retail is complicated but not my fault if you dislike your job. Come on, folks, I'm not even asking for a smile or anything, just very basic, decent service. You guys could use some training, that's my 2 cents.
Can only say the best for this store. Brought my laptop there 8 years ago, a tablet there
5 years ago and a medium-sized printer 4 days ago.
They're always clear, patient and helpful.
Went into Warehouse Stationery on Saturday for a laptop, amazing service thankyou Marie.
Answered all my questions and helped me select the best one for our needs.
So they lock the charging cords up on the shelf to discourage theft which is fair enough. What’s not is having to wait for a stupid amount of time to get said cord. (especially when there is more staff in shop than customers). What should have been a 2 minute transaction turned into a farcical wait till I left.
I really appreciate good customer service! I notice both good and bad customer service. Today I didn’t feel like I got either good or bad service or even acknowledged until I interrupted the small talk about so and so taking a break between two team members. There were 3 of us waiting to be served. Walk in, shop is quiet, no eye contact made with team behind counter, not even a, “Hello, won’t be too long, ” and finish up what you’re doing. A welcoming environment is important! I work in a customer service role and I can understand both sides of this situation.

Huge thumbs up to Hayden today who was was the only person in the many shops we visited who took the time to explain all the laptop jargon to us so we understood and could make an informed decision on the best school laptop for our son. Best customer service I've had in a long time! Thanks!
Really good customer service every time I've been in and they even called to let me know my click and collect order was ready! So lovely!
Not very impressed with the quality of the printing. The first image is the PDF I sent to be printed and the second is what was printed.
Although the printing quality was not 10/10, the staff were! All staff members that served me were super friendly and really helpful. They changed the printer settings to ensure the photo was printed in the highest possible quality (as the first cards they printed were in even lower quality).
Overall, I wouldn’t suggest getting high quality images printed at WS but the staff are very helpful.
