6Not impressed.been on hold for 20 min, was at position 2 then a voice message comes over and puts me back to position 4. Fix your phone issues people as just not good enough.
Have had a terrible experience with Dr Chris
Multiple misdiagnosis and untreated diagnosis, best to go straight to the hospital for results instead of getting sent home with a prolonged condition that needs medial attention. I find it very disturbing that if you show symptoms of other patients they don’t bother to test or investigate further, the “it’s just a virus” phrase is not good enough. Shouldn’t have to end up in hospital to be diagnosed and prescribed the right medication to recover.
Friendly helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Doctors and Nurses are all very knowledgeable with UTD all COVID information. Can’t fault the team

Dr Sandy Moore was brilliant and careful IMHO not so much her replacement.in fact (IMHO again) not at all: (
