Every year for four years I’ve had two cars given their WOF and annual service, with excellent service from Simon and his team. They supplied me with a courtesy car when needed and always have a pleasant rapport. The workshop area is kept clean and tidy, a sign of a good business, and the receptionist is pleasant and obliging. So I’d recommend Automotive Design to others without any hesitation.

Great service! Caught up with Si and had the vehicle in the shop two working days later. Diagnosed issue and had replacement on site the following day. Better still loaned a vehicle to me overnight. Recommend Automotive Design to anyone with vehicle issues.

Got a WOF done this time. As usual, it was no fuss: car in, car out, drive away. Could have paid him with the change in my pocket (just about). Simon runs the sharpest mechanic biz in town, genuine person and great staff, and he’s always done my Volvo/s for nearly two decades. Yep, wof, wof.

WOF was carried out to a high standard. I was kept informed and made aware of any repairs needed before they carried them out. Giving me the option to sort it out my self or they would take care of it for me!

Very highly recommended. I was told that my car needs some brake repairs. I went to other 2 car shops and they jusy went to their computers and gave me a quote. With Automotive design, they inspected my car first and then gave me a quote. Turns out I only need a minor change. I HAVE SAVED $$$ compared to the other shops! This is my second time going to automotive design shop and I am alwaya a happy costumer!
