Bacon and egg along with the kumura and chicken pies are elite.
The service is great and the owners always helpful and ready to plse.
Very popular place, they also have a great range of dishes available.
Pop in have a cuppa and just relax at the front on a comfy sofa and a mag.

The lovely couple that run this cafe are lovely. Their food is great, and they are warm and welcoming.

There pies are very average and quiet pricey for what they are $5.50! Also they try to trick you into doing pay wave so you spend more because there's a surcharge on pay wave. I was quite disappointed won't be back.

Quick but decidedly poor quality food, even for the cheaper price. Pie full of filler. Cornflour custard square. Dirty toilets.

Pretty good food in a reasonable time frame. Best of all they have a toilet available in store which is ideal for older folk and kiddies. Will go back. Thanks.

The steak meal with mushrooms, eggs, and chips was delicious, coffee was the best. Friendly service, would stop again when passing through Danniverke.

Egg sandwich genericly ok like all other bakeries.
Chicken/cranberry pie was far too sweet (sweetest non fruit pie ever had), threw 1/3 away.
Blueberry cheesecake. Real whole Berries were soaking on top in sweet awful syrup.

Ice coffee was sublime so only imagine all coffee offerings be on par too.

Toilets were awful.unisex but old stainless urinal ladies need to walk past for toilet

Delicious quick meals and baked goods! So much variety, the passionfruit donuts are my favourite. Really friendly service!

Always welcoming there customs with a clean dinning in area with plenty of room to move and a good selection of food and drinks.

Good looking food. Did not see anything gluten free. Good milk shakes though. Foid cabinets had a good selection od food but the walls in the cafe area let this place down along with the dammed flies. Did have ckean toilet. Yes I would go back for drinks only

Was very disappointed. One of the staff that took my order an that was very rude. Chips under cooked. When asked something she didnt want to help. Tbh I dont even want to put this star up. It doesnt deserve a star tbh.

We were looking forward to a good breakfast but got uncooked runny eggs, over cooked scrambled eggs, toast was too hard. Very disappointed! There was no food certificate rating A. B.or C displayed for public to view and food verification certificate expired in July 2019. Toilets were disgusting, dirty hand basin, no paper hand towels, the rubbish bin had not been emptied for some time. We definitely will not be back!

So much to choose from, absolutely delicious, great service despire it being really busy, nice building - will definitely be coming back to this area just to go to this cafe!

Great lil place for breakfast if your passing thru Dannevirke.big meals.good pie.coffee's not to bad either.
