Lovely staff and i enjoy my monthly facial however they almost never answer the phone, rescheduling an appointment is near impossible even if you're a regular. Waiting a month or more for an appointment is getting tiresome.

I am sure Caci dilute their Botox. I went to the Skin Institute in Takapuna for years for my Botox and it lasted nearly 12 months for my frown and 4-5 months for my forehead. I went to Caci Takapuna about 4-5 months ago and my frown is back. I went to Caci Palmerston North less than 2 months ago and my forehead lines are back. So everything lasts about 1/3 as long as the Skin institute. For the same price.

My lady is wonderful and is good at what she does. I have the payment plan for lazer hair removal and I am so pleased with the ongoing results. No regrets here.

Just wanted IPL but they try and sell you a massive package of things and put you on a payment plan. Didn't like that at all. The lady I met was awesome though.
