Very helpful and I noticed that the staff are highly qualified to manufacture the products that they produce. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for windows and doors for their new home, or renovating their home.

Wouldn't recommend these guys. Had a glass top made for a table which shattered within a few months. The guys are Central Glass won't even respond on the matter. Very arrogant - it would pay to avoid them.

Great service and product. They were the only window place that actually got back to me in Palmerston North. There was delays due to Covid as to be expected but they were always happy to give me an update and re evaluate when the job can be done after each lockdown. Would definitely recommend.

Great company to work with, we've used them just about every week for the last 3 years for supplying windows for our homes. Awesome to deal and flexible around deliveries. We've had a couple of tiny issues with 2 sets but the customer service from Michael has been exceptional and they were rectified quickly. Highly recommend to all. We are looking forward to working with them for the next 3 years.

Lack of communication when getting told they will call me back and I had to follow up with calls in regards to the emails I sent to get a quote.

Super happy with the windows I had put in and the first guy I dealt with was awesome. He had a lot of knowledge and passion about his job, which made us choose Central glass and aluminium.
The down side of them was the lack of communication, they wouldn't call me back, didn't inform us when their workers were coming around or if plans had changed and weren't able to come around. The finishing wasn't up to scratch and I had to get them back to tidy up, we've let them know of one last thing that needs to be tidyed and are waiting for this to rectified.

Absolute dream to work with to install a tricky dog door. They went above and beyond to work it out for me and will 100% use them again if the need arises.
