Great health center. Handy having the pharmacy in there so you can get your medicine at the same time.

One star is actually to much for a service that is completely unusable and cause people to have to go to the hospital for gp services. Ring to try talk to a nurse for a triage appointment how always need to wait for the nurse to call back. Which is great if you don't work in an environment where you need to wear earmuffs the majority of the day. However when you miss the call and try ring back you go back to the back of the queue. Need a better system.

Did you want an actual appointment this week? Then you should have had a crystal ball to see your state of health 2 weeks in advance before scheduling the appointment. Is that too much to ask? Did you not know that real and dependable health care assistance is not available at this dump?

Useless service as usual. Sent my script blatantly to the wrong place for absolutely no reason and offered no solutions? Ridiculous wait time as usual. Call back system doesn’t work, lazy workers and terrible civility.

This five star review is for the outstanding service Hannah provided during afterhours on a Saturday when we visited the GP. Hannah provided exceptional service to everyone including difficult patients. Hannah's professionalism and courtesy made for a great patient experience. Thank you Hannah and keep up the awesome work you are a true asset to this medical center.

All the good doctors/staff end up leaving. This place is horrible. One time I had to lay down on the bed and the doctor told me to pull down my underwear, and he touched my junk…he didn’t even give me any sort of heads up to ask if I was ok with him doing it. They give out expired covid test kits, and say “it doesn’t affect the result” when, actually it does. Did a test, it was negative, looked on the box and the box was expired so I found another box that wasn’t expired and it was positive. They lie to you and they waste your time. Don’t come here.

Have been to this clinic twice now and have had very positive experiences both times. The staff are so helpful and friendly! Thank you team!

Most of the time good service but frustrating trying to get a repeat prescription. I couldn't remember the name of the patient portal to go into online, so tried from their website- it said they have a patient portal but no link provided to access it. Tried ordering by phone but their after hours message does not give the option to go to prescription requests.

I had an amazing experience with Carol Gibson at the Feilding Health Center. She was lovely to deal with and I felt very comfortable during my appointment.

Just signed up requesting female doctor only they've assigned me a older male doctor gross negligence already. They also involve debt collection agencies. Another business that cares about money not patient health.

Doctors should care about people more than money.

I only use this for my kids. And only because its convenient and they can't deny sick children. You will not be seen by a doctor for at least a day its been up to five for me so now I don't bother. You are better off driving to palmy hospital or doctors. It has only been like this since they all merged. Very disappointed.

Edit, it is now a two week wait. Getting worse not better. At least it's cheaper now (thanks government)
rating stays at 2 stars.

Edit, three weeks wait or more now. They learned
nothing in four years. Trying to organize follow up care for after hospital I got told to ring again next week so a nurse can try and get an appointment. This is required for after surgery I shouldn't have to jump through hoops. This is a joke. Reducing to one Star

So, after recently enrolling here, I was reserving judgment after hearing some bad things. The care itself seems to be great.

That said, I’ve already seen so many clerical mixups that have delayed my healthcare. To start with, it seemed an appointment for follow-up care on an issue was forgotten and I had to chase them up on two separate weeks for it.

After that, I received a text that my cervical smear was due, and used the automated system to book an appointment, which incidentally ended up being scheduled five minutes before an hour long appointment was scheduled. The confirmation text gave an option to cancel, so i did. I thought it was a little annoying, but I understood that these things can happen with different branches and automated systems.

Today I head in to find out that that option, to cancel the smear, has cancelled ALL my current appointments, including the one I chased after. This seems like an oversight on behalf of whoever has the tech organised, and is highly frustrating, as I had to organise a babysitter for the kids etc.

Very dubious. Contemplating options in Palmerston North.

The fees are forever increasing and are more than double what family members pay in different towns and cities around the country. I wouldn’t mind if the service matched the cost but sadly I received far superior service when my old doctor had his own rooms in the town. It was also faster to get an appointment then.
The receptionists are so rude at the health centre and do not follow prescription instructions. My present doctor never seems to be available. I find it difficult to have confidence in the Feilding Health Centre.

Their website clearly states a 'Walk In' for vaccines and covid testing. So I took an entire day off work and walked 2km down to the clinic at the time stated on their website. I walk in, and the receptionist says 'what do you want', and tells me I have to wait 15 days to get a test and a booster shot.

Ironically, Feilding Health Care don't care about people, administration or online updates. Thanks team, appreciate the 2hr walk, and wasted day off work.

Why do the Fldg Gp’s not offer a decent after hours service but instead tell their patients to pop over to the PN Victoria Ave after hour.
Why have the Fldg Gp’s not offered at this time to add their names to the City Doctors/ White Cross Roster as that would seem to be the absolute right thing to do during these incredibly difficult and stressful times when the public hospital plus the after hours run by the local cities Gp’s are already over worked and exhausted.
Caring enough to share the Covid and flu load would be well appreciated I’m sure.
However I won’t hold my breath.

I am constantly amazed at the absolute pack of useless people at this place. I was recently asked to get blood taken it tool 3 trips because the doctor didnt send paperwork through the second time the blood collection lady informed me it was to be done in the morn after fasting which was a surprise as I said to the doctor ill go now at 4pm to which she said great thank u. I've had a doctor here for like 8 years and never seen her once everytime I go I get a differnt random I waited 1 month to see her recently for her to cancel on the day so I deal with another random who sees my issues and prescines me what I need just for this so called doctor to cancel it the next day and ask I go for tests and specialists anot getting that prescription now I wonder if she even read the notes stating my life was on the line etc I bet not it's q joke of a place if you get Cornwallis as your doctor run for the hill's shes useless.nd blah time off work blah

I was very impressed with the service I received from Dr Bopardi. He even followed up after the weekend to see if I was ok.

There is a nurse there at the moment that is absolutely rude and it is not acceptable, if you are unable to care and show compassion to clients then you are in the wrong line of work. I will be moving doctors as multiple times going I have been left upset due to this nurse being bluntly rude.

28/3/22 check the roster and check those nurses that were rostered on.

One of the worst primary health care centres in North Island. Been with GPs in Auckland, Wellington and Palmy before moving here. Outright the worst! And to top it - EXPENSIVE! Their objective is to mint money, not healthcare.
