Bought a phone. Happy little chap said they could put everything from the old one to the new. For a fee. Lost all my contacts that were on the Sim card? Went back, no joy. Grrr.

Busy little store, was guided to what I was looking for by lady who was also fielding a phone call. Got Lucans attention and he very quickly fulfilled my order. Quick in and out shopping experience.

What a great shopping experience, we were served by Deepika Mann and what an asset she is to your business. Not only was she patient, knowledgeable and professional but she gave us a great deal also. We will be coming back.

Wanted to buy a Samsung smart TV and the staff member pointed me to the right TV. Really happy with the purchase.

This is the best service in palmy, they are great to deal with when you take something back, which is when it really counts. They are all very helpful but I want to say a special thanks to Deepika she continues to help, she feels like a friend not a sales rep. Served as soon as I walked in. Person who helped me was not pushy & very helpful. Was in & out with my cool little robot vacuum within prob 15mins.

Bought a fridge/freezer which didn't work properly and were able to exchange to a new one very easily. The young man that sold us the appliance was terrific. He was very knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer to a question he quickly found out. Helpful but not pushy. One of the best salesman we have dealt with.

Amazing service! And even better aftersales service. Had a faulty carpet cleaning machine and took it back. I didn't have the original receipt, but this wasn't a problem. They looked it up. Took one look at the machine and decided to replace it. They didn't have one in stock, so ordered one from the Wanganui store. It arrived on the SAME day! (admittedly I got lucky due to delivery times, but still, very impressed!). Thank you Harvey Norman.

Today I bought some AirPods from Harvey Norman and I had the great pleasure of dealing with Sultan (tech support). I just wanted to say, the service and information he provided was excellent. Very helpful indeed. I will definitely shop here again.
