Needed a refund on a faulty product and the owners refused and were rude and condescending. Spoke to the CEO of hunting and fishing and he personally sorted a refund. Won't be shopping here again

GREAT! I was hesitant about buying an Xtrema shotgun but the owner of the store took me to a lifestyle block with a packet of ammo. We shot them off and I bought the gun. Wonderful service.
