Excellent Barber Shop best I have been to in Palmerston North, great haircut and the service was great I will be going back.

This was my normal go-to. However from today no longer. The wait is far too long. The staff are too slow. And the cost is too much. I'm moving on.

Went in this morning first thing and the person who cut my sons hair did amazing. My four year old son is autistic and always struggles with getting it cut. The person was so gentle and made it a positive experience for my little guy. My son will definitely remember it and will probably have an even easier time next hair cut day. The barber was able to adapt really well to what worked for my little guy. Can’t thank him enough:)

I found this Gem of a place online. My normal barber was very busy this morning so I looked online, like the sound of Banter & Blade Barbershop. The lobely lady that cut my hair was awesome, she cut my flat top to perfection thank you. I have found a very good barber shop. Yuss

Myself and two sons got the best haircuts in a long time. Lucky to be able to walk-in and not have to book. A special thanks to the young man Oho who looked after us. 5stars all round.

Best cuts and trims in town. Awesome welcoming staff and not a sign of discrimination to be seen.

Went in to get a beard trim after work and they had too many customers useless.should have appointments available to be booked

Used to come here often and the team was great. I dont know if they just left or what but the new person who worked on my hair clearly had no experience with long hair and did a really bad job. Uneven, parts completely missed, and slipped and shaved the wrong part completely. Disappointed

Keep in mind many of the good reviews are from previous management and the old staff members are gone.
No enthusiasm shown from staff. It's obvious they wanted to be else where. Unpleasent, unprofessional and unfinished job.

Went for a walk in, didn't have to wait very long even with only a couple people on, did it exactly the way I asked along with friendly conversation, didn't take long to do and the price was very well worth the work and wait

Have had my last 3 haircuts here with a different barber each time and the level of consistency across the floor is excellent. I get exactly what I want, quickly and at a good price. Shot team!

The person that cut my hair didn't do what I asked for (drop fade) I was given a high fade. And the top was very very uneven which I realized once I got home.

They're awesome! Everyone has proper barbering skills and works with you even if you aren't at all sure what you want.

Old school barber shop catering to the modern man and woman. Qualified friendly staff that listen and do a fantastic job on hair and beards.

Chap gave my boy a really good cut. Was super friendly to him. Did an outstanding spiderman web as well.

Awesome service from Zoe. The beard trim was excellent and very reasonably priced. I will certainly be visiting JB6 again the next time that I am in Palmerston North.

Service was great. Barber was helpful. This was reflected in the way people were waiting for particular people to cut their hair. Which means to me that this crew is very customer orientated. Congrats.and I will be back
