Kathmandu Palmerston North

Eww what is up with the male manager at the plaza. As a customer I don't go shopping to watch a manager screaming at shop assistants. I watched as this "man" full on screamed at a young girl until she cried. He kept following her around the store picking on her. It was like watching a horrible power trip. The clothes are not worth the abuse I watched that girl go through. I hope she goes to employment court. I'm not shopping at a place that treats their employees like this.

Poor customer service the short old guy was fighting me for no reason maybe it’s the culture of New Zealand to fight with customers

Visited Kathmandu yesterday to buy puffer vest. Shop wasn't busy so tried on a few vests going back and forth for different styles etc (many womens items were tied together do unable to look at them). Really disaappointed that after half an hour of looking and trying on, travelling back and forth in front of the shop counter and shop assistant, decided to try elsewhere.

Got just what I was after. Was served by a very helpful young man. Wouldn't hesitate to go there in the future.

Very disappointed with rude behavior for costomar service. It's not the first time.
I Can't believe what they done.
Customer can go to shop about half hour ago before they close shop.but they wanna go home quickly and showing grumpy face and say go come tomorrow? Not many people so closing early today was answer. So embarrassed.and shut the door infront of costomar. I understand they must be tired long day but I never seen before any other shop with that such Rude behavior of Manager.
I never want to go back.

For help, I had to keep finding the shop assistant, he kept watching shoppers at the front of the shop.

Went into Palmerston Norths shop today and waited for 10 minutes and nobody came to assist me but stood behind the counter. Only one other customer in the shop at the time and three staff. When my husband approached staff behind the male assistance just shrugged his shoulders. We were going to spend approximately $400 in products. I would like a reply to this and explanations.

One of the best experiences i've ever had in a store thanks to Ewen. He could see that my autistic daughter and I were struggling so not only did he help me with my purchase but he made a safe quiet space for my daughter in the display tent at the back of the store so she could stay calm while I looked for my jacket. Then he watched the door to make sure she didnt run outside while I was busy. I cannot speak highly enough of this experience. So wonderful! I highly recommend not only this store but Ewen himself. Thank you.

Couldn't find nice warm possum merino gloves to my daughter, BUT
Sandals on sale, I might buy a pair tomorrow. The sales person was confident and polite.

I've not been in, but my son has and found the staff so helpful and caring, sensitive to his student status and budget, always respectful.he's all signed up and will be a life-long customer now.

I have been a customer of the Palmerston North branch of Kathmandu for many years.
It is always good to walk into a store and know that the staff are knowledgeable and attentive.
My recent visit I was served by Navi, whose friendly smiling face, combined with his product knowledge made it a pleasure to do business.

First time visit yesterday and blown away by helpful staff, discounts on items - really good shopping experience - Melissa was so patient and helpful! We will be back!

Had a great experience last week. The staffs, especially Dylan, were super helpful. We also got big discounts so definitely had a blast with Kathmandu Palmerston North!

So i am impressed with the quality of clothing already of Kathmandu. But this time i had the best customer service experience in kathmandu Palmerston north from Navjeet, I would recommend every one must shop from this store specially from Navjeet, loved it.

Very disappointed with the rude behavior of staff member gleen and this has been twice. Haven't experience such kind since i have been with kathmandhu from last 4 years. Other staff members were helping and coperative.

Has most outdoor/adventure items that would suit most people. Service not bad as I was approach by two assistants if I needed help.

Retailers of Outdoorwear and equipment, this store located in The Square has a great selection of gear for all your camping or outdoor needs. Although it is expensive, the quality is second to none.

What can I say I love Kathmandu apparel especially when they have a good sale.
