Lets Face It - this is possibly the most unprofessional business I have ever come across.

My booking was confirmed via email 17-days in advance. The email included the following:
“You’ll get a text 3 days prior reminding you of your appointment, followed by a text the day before asking you to confirm your appointment”.
Neither of these things happened, I had no reply to my two emails, and when I called on the day I was told by a very rude young female (Claire Tuttiett the Manager) “ya know wort, things have changed, we can’t do it”.
This was an utter waste of my time.
If you have ever thought about topping yourself and haven’t quite the courage to do so, contacting Jan or Claire at Lets Face It in Palmerston North ought to do the trick!
Lets Face It - avoid this business at all costs and take your custom elsewhere. Unfortunately small businesses that operate like this give Palmerston North the reputation it has!

I have been going here for years. It's very good. When I have had issues they are willing to fix them, but 99% of the time I get a very good cut from skilled staff.

Absolutely loved the experience here, The 45 minute massage was totally NEXT LEVEL, Highly Recommend! Lovely lady who did the massage, I have my legs waxed here as well, have shared my love of this place with friends?

A beautiful venue. Lovely staff. Pricing is quite high though. Lots of paper work required as a new client.

It's always a great place to go for beauty treatments. Warm, friendly and professional. I've been going there for over ten years.:)

I had a 10/10 haircut experience with Sophie! She listened to what i wanted and delivered, she knew exactly what she was doing. Not only that, but they also have reasonable prices! Definitely recommend!

Expensive, I won't lie. But excellent. You will be pampered. They know what they are doing, all the staff has a tonne of knowledge and will tell you all sorts of things you never knew about skin. Also do good hair cuts.
