Without doubt, this is my favourite Jewelry store in Palmerston. So many various types of earrings!

Hello I come here often, but last time a man served my girl, and he kinda chucked her just-bought earrings into a bag carelessly and without wrapping it nicely; if it weren't for the lovely ladies there my girl prob wouldn't come back.

Went in and got my ears pierced. Was a very efficient and gentle procedure. 2 people, one ear each so was over and done with very quickly with no pain felt at all! So very happy with that. Reason for 4 stars is because the price is misleading. On your website it says free aftercare pack/solution, but in reality, it's $39.99 for the piercing and an extra $20 for the aftercare solution, so $59.99 all up. Wasn't offered a receipt so I only have a bank statement as proof of purchase.

Wouldn't go here again. Waited at the front counter - staff member blatantly ignored us. No greetings, no smiles, no service. Couldn't even acknowledge our presence.
I ended up walking out.
Need to train staff in customer service and actually hire staff that want to be at work rather than ignoring their customers.

Pretty disappointed in the customer service, i brought my daughter in for her ears to be pierced and was told could only do them the next day as needed two people (which only one did my other daughter's ears so made no sense to me) there were two people working and absolutely no customer's in store, I've found another beautiful jewelery shop who were superstars so you've definitely lost a customer

Between my daughter and I we bought 10 pairs of earrings this month alone. When I went back to the shop with an unworn pair to swop with another one which my daughter had spotted, they referred me online. Online refers back to shop. Tempted to go to "Fair Go" if I can't get this resolved: (: (: (

I was in the Palmerston North store today when I over heard a staff member being very disrespectful to a lady when another women said "you are being very disrespectful the shop manager turned and said she didn t care.

Friendly helpful staff, was able to assist my daughter with a purchase for her friends 14th birthday

I love this shop alot. I did bought some femine, jewelries for myself. Thank you for making me genuinely happy. The customer service was good.:).

Went there twice. First time I went, the staff were too busy talking to each other. They just looked at me and didn't even say hi. Second time I went there, it was only me in the shop and 1 staff. She didn't even said hi. Just looked at me. I went to the counter to pay for the items. She still didn't say hi. Just scanned the items and said the price, I made the payment. She didn't say thank you. So I just didn't say anything. So unfriendly staff!

Lost a star for one staff member texting at desk instead of acknowledging customers.
The other staff member was fantastic and very attentive whilst organising my daughter's ear piercing and I was very impressed by her professionalism.
Definitely recommend for piercing.

Staff too busy chatting and leaning on counter to help shop with lots of customers. Did manage to serve us as well as carry on her conversation to the staff member standing at counter also. The customer after me didnt get spoken to while I was there as she was still chatting to other staff member. Used to have friendly helpful staff. Not today: (

I like this shop for its range of jewelry. Only go for the multibuys as the shine doesn't last long.quality not very good but is definitely worth what you pay on the 5 for $12 or whatever special is going at the time
