Went in wanting a pet tag with an engraving on it, was quick and fast taking only 10 minutes. Guy who served me was a real laugh. But the real reason for the review was when I got the pet tag, it was such a cool font, actually one of my favourites and I have several tattoos in this uncommon font. He went on to say ‘I could just tell this was the font you’d like’ and that’s the sort of customer service that goes above and beyond and gets you the five stars, keep doing what you’re doing guys!

Te aroha was on point with her customer service, her product knowledge and advice in regards to our request to get our key repaired however she could.to make things heaps better than what we have been dealing with for the past 3 week's jigging the metal ket in and out of the barrel on the car steering and squeezing the remote to hold the key in place hoping it would turn inside the barrel to start.dam! Dam it was a mission impossible.no true story.most times we fluked it.so decided.had to get it fixed and went down to mister minit palmerston north.nek minut!

Having enquired at Dealership about a second remote for imported 2017 car and quoted $1,000 odd.
I was later advised to try Glenn's shop in the Plaza by a locksmith from another company who couldn't supply.
10 min to ascertain they could get the physical part and less than week later, he copied orig chip inside remote and cut the key shaft fitting inside the remote, 10 min trip to car to try key and check remote chip worked.
Great stuff and $530 later, wonderful and remember my Dad saying years ago, don't go to franchise holder unless you need to.
