Mitre 10 MEGA Wanganui

Went to get a brush kit to clean our stand alone fire flu chimney as its so expensive to have somebody else to do it

Terrible customer service. 3 different uninterested and unenthusiastic staff refusing to offer any sort of assistance when trying to find several gardening products that were not easy to locate.spent over $140 this visit sadly as next time my money will be spent where it is better appreciated. Shame on you Mega 10 Wanganui staff! I will not be back to this store for anymore purchases if I can help it and I will be telling as many of my friends as I can not to bother either.

Horrible service. I asked for a particular thing which I had no idea where it was and asked to be shown; the female staff member couldn't bother walking with me and showing me but pointed in a direction again, so I went where she pointed and spend 10-15 mins finding nothing I wanted.

The day we went in we walked around for 45 minutes, got everything we needed, went to the counter only to be told that all electronic payment methods were down and only cash was being accepted. Was such a waste of time. There should have been someone at the door letting people know as they walked in. Other than that they have everything you need so dont waste your time going to that small pathetic bunnings in wanganui.

The young guy I think his name was Andre in the outdoor wood department was amazing he was working pretty much by himself he had to hand saw wood for me and he was quick and efficient. Def an asset to your team

Great store, smashing cafe inside. Amazing food and delightful coffee.
Great garden center offering everything you need for your garden.

Not too bad a place to shop. But when it's busy don't expect much help. I have been here a majority of times when busy with the same result. I don't expect someone to be there the moment you need someone but to have to go hunting for help and then told you could be waiting for up to half an hr is a bit much, yet other times you can't walk 5 meters without someone asking if you're OK, otherwise this store has 99% of what you need

Allways good service and helpful. Was there yesterday and the person serving me could not be more Helpfull. He also saved me some money with his advice. What more could you ask for. Would Highly Recommend.

The staff are good. I brought a trailer but the store dose not organize WOF or regular. It would be very helpful if they could as we were from out of town.

Usually a pretty good store until I had an issue with who the Bathroom department recommended for a plumber to rekit out my bathroom. I took the card and their advice as this plumbers a good "mate" of the owners for many a year. Contacted this plumber told them what I wanted. Theres nails going through the wall to the outside of the house and through pipes. The products installed are not the Mitre10 products I asked for they are budget that corrode after a year installed. No Mitre10 guarantee for something thats not theirs! Never take a recommendation of a plumber from the staff at Mitre 10.

Had support from a staff member as had a very painful knee and she very kindly picked my requirements and all I had to do was pay for them and they were then put into the boot of my car.

Always a busy store, but always get friendly service here. Checkout queues are never all that long, neither.

Getting ready for a really big project.
Several helpful staff were around and pointed me into the right direction, and left me to browse and make a selection. I like that.
Prices are steeper than some other places, but not overly.

M10 always a favourite. Staff generally very helpful and the service is good. Such a wide range of things to buy, however I do sometimes get somewhat baffled with the wide variety of things to buy at the home improvement warehouse. Columbus cafe is also located inside this business and is great coffee and a great vibe. Within mitre 10, the garden area is also fabulous and has many great plants available to buy

I am amazed at the awesome customer service I was told miter 10 wanganui had what I wanted in stock and Ashley that served me wen out of her way to find it for my in the back store room and called me to come fetch it. She along with your other staff went out of their way for me. Please make sure to put Ashley up for a promotion as she would make an awesome manager. Great job miter 10 wanganui I will be telling everyone about my awesome experience at your store. Thank you all and qnd early merry Christmas to you

Overpriced and really just another big box store. Friendly staff get a big tick though otherwise it'd be a single star

Found what we needed easily.and a lovely.felt a bit uneasy in confined toilet area with other people.felt far too close at the sink.

Love this store. Expert advice on hand. Ready to help. We came in for a garden ornaments and left with a long reach saw.
