This company has to be byfar the best courier company I've had the pleasure dealing with. Ngaire and Damon's customer service is faultless. They sure know how to make people smile and laugh. Wether that be Ngaire's terrible dad jokes or Damon's quick wit. Ngaire please get those disabled hands remedied asap. Damon is a friendly guy. Easy to work with. Very quick and efficient.

In general P & S is good but they use other transporters like Mainfreight who are not so careful. My Item (kayak) was shipped as Sensitive Freight, from Palmerston North to Auckland and was damaged during transit.
