5Recently had a load of wood delivered after being assured it was dry - to burn this season for the last coldest weeks of the year. To my surprise EVERY single piece is wet right through. With not a single response to my email, freezing house and kids. Quite upset.
Awesome service from Palmerston North Firewood. My car shed is on the edge of my boundary and the gate next to the shed was slightly to narrow to get the 6 cube trailer through so the wood had to be dumbed on the footpath but they went above and beyond and helped me throw the wood onto my property so I could close the gate. I really appreciated this as I’m still recovering from spinal cord surgery. Wood is of great quality and is ready to burn now. Will be a life time customer.

I ordered firewood in February. Was given three dates of delivery but didn't show up for the first two times, the last time I texted to confirm he was indeed delivering today and got a text back to say he had closed the business, that day apparently. So don't bother to order wood, its closed down.
Ordered and paid for firewood in February - 2 months later still no delivery- but he has now refunded.
Would like to point out that Daniel who has left two 5 star reviews of this company seems to be the owner!
