Pandora Palmerston North

Went in with 100% intent to buy 3 gifts for my bridesmaid proposals. 3 members of staff, no one else in the store and they just stood behind the counter talking and looking at me. I smiled at them and walked the whole store. Clearly looking at each display case.
Walked out as I will not be spending my money with a company who hires people that at the very least cannot say hello.

I have been there quite a few times and the last couple of times the salespeople just completely ignored me, whereas I could see them going to other customers who entered the shop after me and I was just standing NEXT to them. I have experienced this at most NZ clothing shops as well, (the clothes are not locked in drawers so I didn’t mind the staff their ignoring me) but I have never felt as invisible as I felt in Pandora Palmerston North Branch recently.
Having more multicultural staff would help improve the service and the customers’ experience, I am sure.

Came in to get a ring & bracelet looked at, Nadine was more than happy to help & replaced both pieces for me!

I needed gifts for two birthdays and a graduation, got fabulous service. Loved the whole shopping experience, not rushed or pressured. Linda listened and showed me ranges that suited perfectly. Everything wrapped and looking gorgeous.
Love this shop, thanks Linda for making my gift shopping so easy.

Non existent customer service - totally ignored by staff. Thankfully found another jewelry store who gave excellent service.

Rude. Empty shop and the sales ladies just could not be bothered acknowledging potential customers

Customer service is pretty bad, went in there no body even said a word to us we were in there for about 20 minutes and they ignored us Continuing to help other customers who came in after us when it was obvious we wanted to get something. This has happened more than once

Shop is very tidy with a decent range, Unfortunately the manager was awful and rude, she made a massive fuss over something simple.

My Partner and I will Only Shop online now and will never step foot inside this store until there is new management.

Would avoid, customer service here is pretty average, manager didn't even want to exchange an item and instead try to humiliate their customers.
Manager is a Karen.

I have been into pandora palmerston north now quite a few times and everytime I go in there you feel welcomed by the staff and great service by taylor. I recommend her to anyone. Great attitude and service.

Very sparkly and beautiful shop. Calming and surreal to walk into service was quick easy and she knew what she was talking bout

I had broken my charm bracelet and the lady took one look and said she will get me a new one, I was fully expecting to pay but it was taken care of. Thanks Pandora!

The manager at Pandora Palmerston North was absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much for your help when I visited on Saturday.

Came into store with a bracelet brought off line that was too small was greeted with a lady, that we explained how we brought off line and was hoping to exchange and she looked at it and straight away turned us down n said they didnt have it. With no looking or any other help. Rude! Family member went back in today to have meet with another lady, with a totally different result, they do have the braclet all it needed was a change of clasp. Some ppl should just not b in customer service.

Good service very happy. I came in to see if could get a smaller size bracelet got a smaller one for nothing so definitely be coming in to get some charms soon

Came into the store the other day, and there were two girls working. Horrible service, looked like they didn’t even want to be there. So rude. Won’t be back anytime soon until costumer service improves
