Not sure what they're better at: botching prescriptions or not having doctors available. How the eff are you always fully booked?

Great service. Sometimes I don't get urgent appointments but practice nurses always gives you a call back and see how they can help. If kids are sick and no appointments available same day, nurses are big help. Also Great when you need to be referred to the specialist.

Your unwelcoming and rude attitude from nurse and receptionist Dot are shocking. Unresponsive to me knocking on the window, then hostile when I proceeded. Everyone's laughing & joking inside, having a good old time, while clients waiting outside in cold & rain. Unprofessional and terrible attitude, clearly not interested in clients at all! Had ordered a repeat script the previous day, not ready. Will be contacting practice management. If you don't want to be at work, do everyone a favor and stay at home! Plenty of capable folk out there who would love your job!

Have always had a positive visit, have found the level of care by both Doctors, Nurses and reception staff to be professional and empathic. Well done to the team!
