The store is selling cheap chinese defective products.
Sorry to see such a reputed store resolving to such cheap tactics.
I got new phone +, ask to have stuff changed to new phone, he changed half. Went back new phone not texting, damage Sim. What a shambles of a place, They get 3 star for young ladies help.
Was waiting for half an hour for staff to be free to be ignored when staff finally got freed up for them to serve other people. Are you kidding? This is ridiculous
In-competent Staff.
I gave my iphone-12 for repair and as I was a first time user asked them to take backup to make sure the data is safe (Suggestion: Do it yourself with apples customer support)
But the staff member who was confident enough didn't took the backup properly and hence all the data was erased.
#BranchManager was not supportive didn't even bothered to come and have a word.
Absolutely abysmal. Went in to buy a phone and they wanted to sell me a $2000 phone.when I told them I wanted a basic cheap phone the representative got quite rude saying they didn't have any in stock. I picked out a cheaper phone and asked him to look for stock. What he didn't say was that the battery would only last less than a day without charging. When I took it back to see what was wrong they advised me about the battery, but the manager refused to do a swap or exchange. I am contemplating a switch to another company after more than 40 years a spark/telecom customer.
I wanted to claim insurance and get my phone repaired. The process could not have been easier, excellent service provided. Thank you Spark staff
Today I witnessed the manager yelling and abusing an employee for "writing too slow"
This employee was an amputee/disabled.
Total loss of respect for this place.
Cool store but the worst service ever. Last time I went there a guy didn’t know what a Magsafe case is. Takes ages to serve. No one talks to you until you stay there wandering around for hours. Terrible Management.
I enjoy calling in to see what is now available. I like to keep abreast of the newer things, and what they can do. I t is always amazing to see how much you can do either your phone or tablet & both items seem to get smaller at the same time.
Long wait times are the usual at this place. Don't even bother ringing as they never answer the phone. Best bet is to go during off peak hours as they have an idiotic first come first served policy coupled with critical understaffing which means that even if you are going in to purchase a cable or something trivial an hour wait could be in your future
I went into the store because I wanted to sort something out with my phone. It was to do with storage. A very nice young Lady helped me with the problem. And explained things to me about it.
Bought new phone yesterday, wasn't tested in store, had to go back today as phone had a faulty sim,
The staff are helpful and friendly and they have a good range of phones, with a good price range of phones from about $160 to $2000
Hi was told I would get a pen with my new phone then they said aw sorry a week, still waiting but I noticed the case they sold me does not even accommodate place for the pen, because there was no pen there was no demonstration on how it works, it took 3 hours to transfer & make sale, I originally wanted the darer phone but that was not in stock either nice lady tho. They did say they were the only people that can transfer all my information from one phone to the next as I'm a spark customer they said no one else can transfer your information not sure if that was true
Visited Spark on Saturday to purchase a phone case. A female employee approached me and asked what I needed help with. I explained the model of phone I needed a case for. She was pretty underwhelming and rude to be honest. I've probably met a block of cheese that had more enthusiasm. She had no passion, no customer service skills and seemed disorganized. Very disappointing considering she's working for one of the biggest communication providers in New Zealand. Maybe time to invest in some customer service training?

Have order 12 pro max and Apple Watch and told that I will get it in 3 days. It’s been 3 weeks now and haven’t heard back. I went there on weekend and there were some international staffs who don’t even care about customer. Waited there for about 20 mins and nobody even care about it. Really bad service.
I have added some more stars as I got good customer service this by Asian guy (not sure but he looks like Vietnamese).
Terrible service, hard to get hold of, do not answer their phones or respond to messages. Get sold things that turn out to cost more than what I was told in store but can not get hold of anyone to sort it out. Also make sure if you buy a new phone that you get a copy of what you signed. I did not and as they were busy they said sign here which I did without being told the amounts I was signing for.
Decent Customer service, got what we wanted in the end. Took a little long to be spoken with but I believe only because it was busy being close to Christmas. The store is tidy, just a bit noisy being in a mall.
