Property Brokers recommend Chad Smith because he'll do a flimsy job inspecting the home to push a sale through.

We bought a house that was inspected by Chad who reported that the roof was in good condition. Since moving in the roof has been leaking everywhere. Several roofers have inspected it since and told us it's in such a poor condition that the only option is a full reroof. How unfortunate we were to trust a supposed professional to be honest.

I guess that was asking too much of him since he missed the fact that the metal sheets overhang distance was not even to building code so that water just poured down the side of the house instead of into the gutter.

An excellent service giving the homebuyer peace of mind about the property they are buying.
The report identified areas of concern and provided useful information about what maybe required to remedy the concerns.
The report also gave valuable information for future maintenance of the house.

Chad took the time initially to understand the maintenance approach and history for our home and then carried out a very thorough inspection.
