Brilliant service from the Toyota Feilding team. Nothing is ever a problem and they're always very accommodating. 10/10 I would highly recommend to anyone!

We didn't buy a car from them in the end because the one we were interested in sold before we could get there to view it but the communication from them was friendly, prompt and informative. We are continueing to consider TRC in our search for a new car.

From personal experience and hearing from other motorists with other makes of vehicles, I highly recommend that one checks their vehicles before leaving premises wherever they get their vehicle serviced.

I went there because of a WOF Job for the vehicle I drove there. Very efficient staff to deal with in queries about WOF Problems.

Bought a vehicle from them in November last year. Decided to travel from Taranaki for the routine service (free) due recently. Have to say this is a dealership without a peer in my experience! Nothing a problem, friendly spot on service all round, and my loan car was near new and much appreciated.

TRC TOYOTA FIELDING-Very poor and disappointing customer service. Yesterday I have went through Trade me listing for Toyota Prius PHV 2015 car. As soon as I have seen this I have emailed my interest to the company and texted the person who's handling the finance because I needed financing for this car. I got a text yesterday night saying we can go ahead on Monday with the application.
But today morning TRC Toyota Fielding customer representative called me when I was working and once my work finished at 11.39am I have tried to connect with this guy couple of times but he was saying he was busy all the time.
I have sent messages to continue with this deal. But just now he has called me and informed "the car has been sold by another branch. "

I thought Toyota is a trust worthy company to deal with. But these kind of things really hurts. If they told me to deposit money to reserve this car, I definitely done without thinking twice.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL FROM THESE KIND OF PEOLE WHO ALWAYS GO FOR MONEY AND NOT FOR PEOPLE VALUES.

Cant fault their service, very good and professional, they go out of their way to be your local car dealer.

Great local dealership. Friendly staff and getting a carpark is generally easy.
I have had my car serviced there and will definitely do so again.
The only downside is they don't have courtesy cars.

The young lady who looked after us was very helpful and she was serving several customers at the same time.

You rushed me into sort out details regarding a part I needed as you needed them to make the deadline before lunch to ensure three thirty delivery same day. Go to pick up at three thirty and nothing g.

Efficient service booking in with all details explained. Phoned me to check before doing costly repair. I arrived early to collect the vehicle before final paperwork ready but not too long to wait. The mechanics dirty footprint paper protector had not been removed from the car but this was minor - I recycled it at home
