Fast service.good communication and prepped me with price info before car assessment regarding my model. Was pleased with sale. Shame the fees were a little high.

Booked my Sv6 very nice Commodore for an appraisal today and not to mention kept me waiting 15 minutes was offered a ridiculous price from the sales person half the price of what the vehicle was worth.
Not impressed I will not be back.

The team at Turners have been nothing but fantastic to me since purchasing my car. We had a slight issue and they where more than obliging to help fix it when I contacted them! It took less than a day. I cannot thank them enough so far for their wonderful treatment and customer service! Would definetly recommend.

Plenty of used cars and they are dear. They immediately took the car to give us a quote and gave us an estimate on how much they could offer. The marketing guy came out and took our number & followed up. Auctions for cars below $5000 are on Thursdays.

Absolutely terrible. Got mucked around and mucked around. Rang multiple times and could never get a proper answer from them. Extremely disappointed.

3rd time ive been there to sell my car and its official not the best prices given, ive had three times the amount offered at another dealer, definitely advise shop around, the staff, very friendly other than that not worth the effort in going in there to sell

Go ahead, sell your car here if you want the worst price on it. Remember they have they have to make money on your car.so they will low ball as much as possible to accomodate their profit margins.

Absolutely perfect, from registering for the auction till owing the vehicle.staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.barely had to move from my place.everything was done so smoothly.hats off to the fantastic team.cheers

Really great to deal with! Purchased a car but the battery didn’t hold charge so they replaced it straight away no questions asked. Easy to deal with.

We have had great experiences with Turners in the past. And bought our 2014 Mazda 6 from there 4 years ago (Hamilton branch). Today however at the Palmerston North branch we had a very negative experience.

We test drove a Mazda 2 advertised at $6490, when we went to leave to think about it the sales agent offered us the vehicle for "$6000 flat" we went away to discuss this lowered price. 10 minutes later after researching similar vehicles online we were happy with that price.

Upon returning to buy the vehicle we were told that this offer no longer stands as another party were coincidentally interested and were going to buy it for full price. We asked to speak to the manager who had a dreadful attitude stating that there's no way they would sell the car for $6000 and failed to understand what the issue was, clearly lacking any integrity or regard for customer satisfaction.

The sales agent denied offering that price despite all 3 of us hearing it numerous times as we negotiated.

The vehicle is still advertised so clearly there were no other buyers, but even if there was another buyer lined up it's terrible business practice to offer a price and not honour it.

Buyer beware.

Always got a car or two here that catches my interest when I visit. U cn get a list of cars coming up for auction from the reception so u can take it home to read through in the comfort of your home.

I would give them minus 10 stars if i could, the amount of staff standing around talking and mingling amongst themselves, what a joke. My wife and i entered looking for a car for our son, we walked around the covered area and out back, i made eye contact with a number of the staff and even had two other staff walk toward us and straight past and not a single person offered help or advice.

Great Turners. Interesting to find out that they don’t only sell cars at auction, but various office equipment etc too.

Not happy at all brought a car 6months ago and gearbox blew and there is nothing they can do yet I have another 3 years paying it off

Recently purchased a vehicle. I brought it with a full WOF and was told it didn't need to be serviced for another year at least. I took it to get a service because I thought something was wrong, Unfortunately i was told I have no brake pads at all on my rear wheels and I'm lucky I took it in. Staff are friendly but this doesn't make me feel any more at ease knowing vehicle are being sold like this. Spent extra money on a vehicle that I was assured was safe to drive.

Brought my car from here. Did a Tina car dance. Thanks to Brad who was amazing. Highly recommended

This place was great the service 1st class would definitely go and buy another car from here they are what you expect to be treated like

10/10 recommend. I bought a 2016 mazda axela which i thought there may have a been a few issues. The team at turners were happy to accomodate to my needs even after a month of owning the car. They took it to three different places to get it checked out. Nothing ended up being wrong but they were still happy to help.they went above and beyond.

Have sold and brought cars off Turners several times and this time our daughter traded up and was well looked after and very happy when her new low klm, imported xtrail car. Went in late in the afternoon just before closing, did the paperwork and collected the next day. Very helpful and knowledgeable sales staff.
