Early morning visit, barely any wait time. Highly informative inspectors very professional

Friendly. Good explanation of wof failure re seatbelt and confirmed it was cut (as it was on morning of wof while parked in my driveway). Good explanation of seatbelt rewebbing.
Not taken much notice of seatbelt fabric before, but much the same as a fine weaved dog leash. Can see my dogs main leash would need a reweb lol, if it needed a wof.

A lot of sitting and waiting to be inspected. Lack of communication from techs to drivers leaves you thinking what are they paid to do?
If we stood around like that, I'd expect a discipline hearing!

They don't answer the phone and one of the inspectors, a short woman, is the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune to encounter.

Called in on the off chance to get my car warranted. Though they mainly focus on trucks still found them helpful and gave good advice

Went in on for a WOF Friday afternoon which was a quiet time - in and out in a matter of 20 minutes. Doesn't get any easier than that.

Good fast helpful service, even get a smile for no extra charge, pretty rear now days haha
