$83 for a WOF. What a complete joke! Meanwhile everywhere else is charging $50-60. Total scam last time im taking my car to you.

Poor customer service skills from admin. No smile, no hello. Either need more staff on admin or upskill current one.

Very poor customer service. Particularly at the front desk. I was made to come back a second time to fill out a form so that my vehicle could be registered, I have no idea why this didn’t happen at my first visit.
While at the counter waiting for said form to be processed, the elderly man behind me in line proceeded to close the door as there was a lot of noise coming from the workshop. He was screamed at by the receptionist to “not play with the doors! ”.
Not to mention they refuse to take cash according to apparent orders from “head office”.

My son completed his restricted test at VTNZ Levin and was failed by Testing Officer Anthony Clarke for alleged errors that did not occur (I was present in vehicle) When confronted about his mistakes he refused to engage or provide his name and instead hid in the office and got his incompetent manager to try and defend his fraudulent behaviour. Clarke is dishonest and I strongly recommend using a vehicle with a dash cam to eliminate his blatant revenue gathering tactics.
Also, forget about the complaints process as they investigate their own so you know the outcome!

Instructor was patronising and insincere. I turned up 15+ minutes early to check in and sign the necessary paperwork before my test so I could enjoy a cig prior to commencement. Guy follows me out and proceeds to do the standard vehicle checks then says we're off. I'm like: "we're early, my test's not scheduled for another few minutes? " He wasn't happy about that and made some anti smoking retort. I told him I was concerned about the rear windscreen being foggy and zero visibility and that if we waited for the de-mister to kick in and the car to warm up. He outright said it'll be fine. Hmmm. Zero visibility? Instructor saying it's all good? Should've known something was up from the outset. Anyway, with around 10min to my actual scheduled test time we began the test. Needless to say it wasn't fine. Test took no time at all. He failed me for some b.s. I felt uncomfortable with this guy and if I could give no rating I would. Said I had bad habits that I needed to get rid of followed by another anti smoking remark. Highly DO NOT recommend this place for driver licencing. Go to Paraparaumu instead.

They are thorough but so slow. The testers seem to be on a go slow.stopping to chat with each other etc. Admin in office was great though.

They were below expectations today and refused to use a set of vouchers of which they normally do and are supposed to accept. Apparently a new thing from head office but yet not actually backed up when head office were called.

Was quite frustrated by time of leaving even though my car had passed its warrant I've had to use my food money this week due to the unacceptance of the vouchers.

Really friendly staff however they passed the WOF on a car I was buying and they shouldn’t have as the tyres were misaligned and now our front tyre has blown after just three weeks of passing it’s WOF!

First time user - will definitely return! Staff are just lovely! Must be a good place to work as they seem to be happy which is refreshing! Prompt work, easy process. Highly recommend.

Made a booking arrived slightly early, once underway very thorough and professional. Issues at the office end but got sorted

Really good service from the guys. Reception feels kinda awkward but knowing your car is in good hands is always worth it.

I was desperate to get a warrant/ rego that day. All the staff couldn't have been more helpful. My car failed the first check and they helped me find a garage! Great stuff. Later in the day we got everything sorted. Marvellous service!

Great Office personnel very efficiently run. The Staff are also very knowledgeable and only to happy to help. WOF inspectors are polite, cheerful and equally professional in their work. Pleasure to do business here even when it is cheaper for on line transactions

Great to deal with very helpful with information i needed to get a car back into the system I bought a classic car not in system and can now go about getting it re registered as its one worth doing thanks vtnz you guys are very helpful but busy can't do my car till next month fully booked out but thats ok great team at Levin kind regards Brendan

The team at VTNZ Levin were very polite, helpful and efficient. They were busy and maintained a steady pace in a friendly and professional manner

Very impressed with the service, they picked up a problem with my wheels which I was incompletely unaware off.

A very very long wait but i had the time and from what i saw the car got a very thorough check and passed, great news when i had only owned it for 2 days. Get in early if you are in a rush, this place is popular!
