VTNZ Whanganui reviews
31Excellent service. Receptionist friendly & only a short wait to get my wagon it's new WOF.
Lovely staff and quick service are the order of the day here. I guess the experience could be different if your car doesn't get a WOF, however I'm sure they'd let you know in the nicest way possible. Check them out if you need a WOF fast. The guy that looked over my car was awesome, thanks to the team.
Wanganui. Woman with short hair wearing a mask typically works on Wednesday. The driving tester is unreasonably picky
I took my 47 yr old daughter to get her full drivers liscence.she said how unpleasant the woman was who took her was. PLUS she failed. My daughter jas been driving for many years.no tickets.no accidents. So yes fairly unimpressed
They say they will ring you back they don't!
Do not get a wof here!
they are giving out wof on cars cracked and perished tyres that should not have been passed with wofs
They put a wof on this car then a week later I've had a tyre blowing out and the other three will follow suit as you as you can see in the pictures they old and cracked perished tyres they should not have been on a car that just got compliance and they got scammed by
! Wanganui Car Centre! Who covered it up with there favourite tyer shine+
Not to bad, just watch out for the ginger guy that works there now.he's not the brightest lightbulb in the shed.
Wonderful staff. Christmas is a busy period so patients is required just enjoyed sitting on there front deck while waiting to get my vehicle checked. Thank you VTNZ
Wether I pass a warrant or not the staff are very pleasant and courteous a very efficiently run station.
Great place for a warrant even though the price is a bit higher than other places, they passed my warrant of fitness despite the front tyres being extremely worn down.
Went in for WOF, very pleasant staff. Listening to the women behind the counter going out of their way to help people
They were just nice people and I rang close to five o'clock so was grateful they fitted me in. Dinky Alan's wife.cheers guys
Absolutely hopeless. They are just a bunch of failed mechanics. If they were any good at fixing cars they wouldn't be failing them. If you question an issue they can't give you a answer. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Some very rude staff, very unapproachable. I've seen them deny entry to other customers for illogical reasons. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Great experience. For getting a WOF. Very busy on the day I visited, staff were great considering COVID restrictions.
Fast, efficient service even when there was a line of vehicles stretching down the road. The cost was more expensive ($72) than going to a country garage (average $55-65) but you don't have to book ahead, just show up. So if you're in a rush to get a WOF then this is the place to go.
Got my warranty from VTNZ and it was such a smooth process! I did come in early though…Had to only wait about 30 minutes. Barely had time to think about the $70 I spent, I don’t mind
The streets need to watch out…I’m road worthy for another 12 months.
The service was unbelievable I arrived with my caravan the kind gentleman came to get the registration number I asked him where I could take my caravan to pump up the tyres as it had been sitting over winter he said that you would sort out for me amazing service will definitely be back thanks to the whole staff for a amazing experience
They discriminate against those with a legitimate mask exemption. Will go elsewhere from now on.
The administrative service is exemplary. Actual mechanical surveying leaves something to be desired. Private mechanics seem to look closer at a vehicle will tell you if there are other issues that need addressing. That was not my experience with this VTNZ.
