To reset Manage My Health

1. Open the ManageMyHealth patient registration page.
2. Click on "Suspend registration, " then "Re-Register, " and finally click on "Reset upload. "
3. Allow 24 hours for the system to update, then verify on the patient registration screen that the "Date last health record upload" has been updated with the recent date and time.
4. Verify with the patient that they can now view the lab results.

Pity when u call in for a prescription to be done and got told it will be done that day but leave it for 2 days before going to chemist to pick it up it's not even there.
Ring and call in about prescription, got told we have been charged for it but oh my it hasn't been signed and sent through to chemist.
Should be sent through sometime this arvo
I was waiting for it, why couldn't it be given to me to take to chemist.
This isn't the 1st time either.
Need to up their game please.

My doctor Neil Hughes is outstanding. Very knowledgeable thorough and compassionate. I appreciate it is hard to get appointments and the practice is not taking any new patients as they are full. This tells me they are good at their job. I see someone has rated them 1 because of this. That is like giving a restaurant a 1 cos they are full and you can't get in to eat! Yes Whanganui needs more doctors but bashing the existing medical practices because of this is unfair!

Wicksteed has been our family doctor since I was a kid and after recentley moving home we came back to them. All tho iv only managed to see my doctor once in the many times iv tried.and even my 2 year old was turned away when I'll, we ended up in hospital, and was charged for it! I find the staff extremely rude and uncompassionate considering there line of work. To many patients not enough doctors in this town.

Tried to make appointments and leave numbers for them to call and they always txt or they just never ring. When you go in they never say what you say for their emails to ya doctor/nurse or when you call they never call back. When working i cant answer texts until brakes. And then go to ring them and get answer phone saying they are closed at 4.50pm but the hours are 8am till 5pm. Can't email or text to confirm appts for ahead of times.its stupid. I hate the doctors at the best of time so when I have to go and get this its like whats the point? Poor customer service and customer care

Made an appointment 2 weeks again. Called to confirm with nurse who I left a message with. Nurse canceled message because she assume I was canceling didn’t bother to call me. Receptionists very rude and unhelpful. Made be feel belittled and that I was a nuisance. This place need better staff. Would not recommend going here

Not taking any new patient. If this is a medical centre it shouldn't be like that. More staff and more doctors needed that's for sure.

Great doc hard to get an appointment when needed as I'm sure there's a issue with everywhere in Wanganui as the hospital is so bad
