Wind Farm Cafe reviews
61The pies they make were amazing! Both in flavor and looks. I don't usually prefer the sweet treats in cafes, but I must admit their chocolate mud cake was delicious. Their service was lovely and generally, everything else was nice.
A very nice almond Chai Latte and great food selection. Warm on a reasonably cool wet day. Toilets available also which was clearly advertised. Thank you
One of the best cafe's I have ever been to, beautiful fresh burgers! And good coffee.
Good food, pleasant staff, nice ambiance.
It is now on our "let's have lunch there" list when we're passing through.
This Cafe was great exceeded my expectations Well done hot chips, toasted sandwich what more could u want while passing throughLove your extension in the sun
A good cafe for a good feed. All the usual truck stop food, as well as cabinet food etc.reasonable prices. On the main road of Woodville, and parking at the door.
I initially thought.on no.tea rooms quality.
BUT. How wrong I was, great smiley service. Coffee was perfect. Sà
Really nice food here, loved the kiwi breakfast. Very busy with locals indicating it is a great cafe
Delicious food and lovely hot chocolate. I enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly service. Great fresh new look!
Stopped here for a coffee break on our way to Napier. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, yummy date scones. Coffee was just perfect, nice & hot. Ended up buying another date scone for the road. Just loved it. Definitely a great place for a stop over.
Went awhile ago had great experience but this time not the best. Had pancakes they where crepes and asked for the banana cooked and wasn't very disappointed
Not impressed with this Cafe at all. The only gluten free cabinet food was orange almond cake which was on the bottom shelf where it could get easilly contaminated fron other cake crumbs. No separate tongs to use. I was offered a toasted sandwich which I declined because the sfaff member had no clues on the problems of Coeliac disease
This I put down to a lack of training and or u understanding from the managemnent down.on a positive note good hot chocolate. And my companion said he had a good Pie.
The staff makes this place along with the food. Highly recommended the pies at $4 and the chicken cranberry one is my favourite, the apple doughnut at $2.50 with fresh cream, the long black gets my 10/10 vote. A large selection of hot and cold cabinet food and board menu is available. Indoor and outdoor dining is available as well as toilets, pet friendly in the outdoor area only. Hand sanitiser, water and tomato sauce provided. Plus a big welcome and smile and gratitude when you leave.
Pleasant and clean. Nice ham bun. Coffee yeah nah, they have made better, palatable but not outstanding.
Great stopover, lovely food, and lovely service.
Pity it's only a stopover would like to spend a few hours there.
Best steak and cheese pie I have had in ages! Real meat, lots of cheese - tasty not greasy. Super nice friendly service. Clean. Will stop here each time I make a trip through.
