Very good area to sit down and inn or plenty of selection of pies savory's large cookie's along with really large lammingtons with very friendly staff with excellent service

Visited here 5 years ago and had a terrific breakfast. Something has changed and it's not a place I'd go back to anymore.

We went there because I'd been told the pies were nice. They are delicious pies?
The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed.
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 for atmosphere is there isn't much space between the tables. This means it would be challenging for those in wheelchairs to get through to the counter and display cabinets.

Friendly staff, food looked good. Coffee was amazing they did not disappoint all 4 times I visited.

They were very busy when we visited and we can see why! Fast and friendly service. Good coffee. Amazing pies! I has the pork belly and cabbage, it was super delicious. Highly recommend for your coffee and pie stop.

My husband and I are digital nomads, and after we got off the ferry at 6: 00am, we needed somewhere to work. This cafe was the only one open that early, so we went there, and I'm so glad we did. There was free public wifi that was fast and reliable, which is, of course the first thing we look for. But beyond that, the cafe itself was great. The barista was incredibly cheerful (especially considering how early it was) and she greeted every customer like an old friend. Well, it was pretty obvious that they get a lot of regulars there, but just the way that she greeted everyone by name and asked how they were doing was really heartwarming. The coffee was excellent, and I highly recommend trying one of the pies. If we ever find ourselves in Picton again, we'll definitely come back.

Owners and staff are happy, helpful and friendly. Great selection of foods from a huge selection of pies, sandwiches, cakes and slices along with hot and cold drinks. Quality food. They offer seating and takeaway. Easy parking. An easy recommend.

My go to coffee spots on my days off. Plenty of interesting singles to tickle your taste buds and great snacks too. Everything is considered here, even the cups and saucers. I really like it.

Brunch 2 days in a row. It was, so nice the first time we had to go again the next day. Very friendly staff and lovely food.

As couriers my son and I pop in here for a bite to eat before heading back to Nelson each Tuesday.
Such a great selection of pies and savouries and excellent filled rolls and cakes.
The grilled and roast meals are beautifully cooked and good portions.
The staff are friendly and always smiling and the service is outstanding and a very clean place to sit and have a bite to eat either inside or outside

Never judge a book by its cover. A little uninspiring to look at and not the greatest range of takeaway goods. What they do is outstanding though. Above all, they are really nice people - support them, they deserve it and you'll get a great feed.

Lovely pies, the pastry is so light. Recommend the Chicken, mushroom and cranberry pie.mmm, beautiful, in fact all their food and coffee - best in Picton!
