6Took mum in for some shoes. Very patient staff, very friendly and accommodating young chap.
Fantastic service. I was initially concerned that my son's Asics trail running shoes had worn significantly within 6 months. Rebel's manager offered to fund the replacement of a new pair and was helpful in selecting a pair that suited my son's type of activity. They then waived the difference between the refund and the new pair meaning that we got a replacement pair for free. Delighted!
Huge selection of sporting equipment, shoes (for average sized feet), clothing & lots of *SPECIAL* deals. Unfortunately finding rugby boots and shoes fir a teenager in a size 14 and over would be like finding a hen's tooth.they dont have them!
Trying to get help in this store unlike other Rebel sports stores is border lining on impossible. For the boy behind the counter to get him to help me and look up to see if my size was in store, he was absolutely no help what so ever. I also phoned and got a pair of shoes put on hold for me to pick up but then they kindly sold them on me the next day. I just can't believe the lack of services in this store. I mean why are they at work.
Great store. Staff are very helpful. They organised a pair of shoes from another store a week ago and when I purchased them today, they were on special, which reflected the price they charged me. Very impressed. Great parking right outside of the store. Store bright, clean and well laid out. An easy recommend.
