The chicken and chips box had 40% cardboard visible at the bottom of it before I started eating

Was told that's my problem by the I assume owner.

Whenever I go there I feel like an inconvenience to the till guy, bit of an attitude too. It doesn't take much to act friendly

The people who serve are really rude. They don't smile and they act like they don't want to be there. Usually come in for chips and whenever I do they're always out and you can choose to wait. My friend waited 45 minutes today to return home with no chips. Unbelievable service.

Sad to say this place is terrible! The Renwick Dairy up until the last couple of years has been a thriving happy place. When I stop for my son to buy a milkshake there is always an excuse.we are out of cups.we are not making milkshakes today.today he was told there would be a 15 minute wait, he was the only customer.and was told to wait outside, yet whenever I go in there is no problem.terrible terrible customer service! Will never go back!

The food is good but be careful of the chicken it might be raw in the middle I have had a 2 pieces of chicken and chips 2 weeks ago there and it was still raw in middle

Terrible service, without a smile. The main guy always looks angry and makes you feel bad for coming in the store. Cheer up dude!

Great pies, chips, chicken, ice cream, milkshakes, cake slices and a great selection of chilled beverages. Great customer service too.

Got a pin role for about 5 dollars and it had I kid you not, One skinny slice of ham, one piece of lettuce, half a slice, yes you read correctly half a slice of tomato and a tiny sprinkle of cheese with no mayonnaise. It deserves worse than its 2.5 star average rating
