Being on holiday and needing my glasses repaired Hannah was so helpful and ended up replacing my frames under warranty.she was so quick and super efficient I would highly recommend.thank you so much Hannah and all the best for May.

Short, sharp but very effective. Good value, very friendly and helpful staff, bit like the good old days really. Will definitely be using their services as I get progressively deafer and blinder.

All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Made sure the frames I picked suited and fit properly. Also cleaned and straightened my old pair to keep using whilst I waited.

Spec Savers Blenheim were so friendly and very helpful. They helped me for the moment I walked in the door. Great staff and all very friendly and professional. I rang up on the Wednesday and got my appointment for the next day. Very impressed with the whole experience. Thanks Spec Savers

Specsavers Staff at Blenheim are wonderful and very helpful, got a reminder I was due for a eye test which was great, so just had that done, from start to finish everything went smoothly and my new glasses arrived in just under 2 weeks, it was thanks to them back in 2019 they picked up a problem and referred me to an opthamologist straight away, Very Grateful

First time for spec savers. Growing up we didnt have one in Blenheim. From start to finish my experience was great! Easy online booking process. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Optometrist was kind, explained every step and what they are looking at. Dealt with both Kelsi and Matthew during the selection process. No question was a dumb question and they were more than ok with waiting until I had someone with me to help choose. Once ordered they took just over a week to arrive. Amazing all round. Would definitely recommend specsavers to others!

Great service, great advice, great product range. Quick turn around - about 7 days from eye test till new glasses arrived and best of all awesome prices.

I live in blenheim but have had to take time to go to the Nelson branch seeing as they are the only ones who can get things done. You guys had my glasses directed to you from the Nelson branch and then redirected it back and never contacted me. I called 4 weeks later still patiently waiting for my glasses just to be told I don't know. I got told that they will call me back and now 8 weeks later still no call back. I was told I could not be help with my contacts as they had none in stocks so I had to drive over to the Nelson branch and got sorted within 20minutes. I'm appalled at the lack of service. I have 2 children and was not able to see and just needed something in the meantime till my glasses were sorted which was a you issue because at this point it had been 4weeks wait with zero updates. I still have no idea what to do about my monthly contacts

I booked my 87 year old mother in for an eye test and accompanied her as she is in a wheel chair. The staff were wonderful, both on the phone and when we presented at the store. They were very friendly and respectful, the store was warm and bright which was a welcome reprieve from the chilly wind outside. Jan, the optometrist, was exceptional. She was professional yet very warm and friendly and mindful of my mother’s needs. Jan explained the results of my mother’s tests thoroughly, in language easy to understand. I highly recommend the team at Specsavers Blenheim, I couldn’t ask for better service!

A few months ago I went in specsaver for the first time. I had a perfect experience. Wonderful staff and eye baseline done. So thrilled with prescription glasses and sunglass. Last week I started loosing vision in my left eye. A day or so later as the sight wasn't improving, I rang specsaver and was able to book an appointment with Lynn, an optometrist. She is my hero. After nearly an hour and a half of testing. She left me with a game plan and even rang the hospital. Plus all the staff answering my phone calls were amazing and so empathic. Lynn's expertise and her attention to my care enabled me fast access to hospital level care which is now making such a difference. My thanks are so heart felt for the care and quick reactions of the specsavers team here in Blenheim. The eye specialist and hospital staff were impressed by the time saved by the excellent level of test performed by Lynn.
Thanks so much team. I was in safe hands.

Broke my glasses today, minor disaster. Quick visit to SpecSavers Blenheim who fashioned an awesome fix to keep me going until they can be replaced. Brilliant service, thanks guys

Wow, such a great experience. The staff are so wonderful and helpful. Emma helped me pick out new glasses and answered all of my questions beyond expectations. Fantastic service and I cannot wait to come and pick up my new glasses. Thank you girls, you made my day:)

Holley Eastell who carried out all of my eye tests & went through the results with me.
She was very informative, patient, provided an answer to all of my questions, she was culturally respectful by asking how to pronounce my name and ensuring she has said it correctly (she was perfect at it on the first go) and understanding by allowing me to place my drink bottle to a space on a table rather than on a seat & she asked if it was okay to touch around my head to remove the spectacles (in Māori culture and others, the head is considered sacred, so, it was great she asked and ensured she had my consent). She was lovely to speak with, she put my mind at ease about any potential concerns by confirming to clarify that there isn't anything for me to worry about.

I would like to mention Blair from Specsavers Blenheim office. He was everything you would expect of a professional. He put me at ease, checked I was comfortable and explained everything fully. His manner is quiet. Respectful and pleasant. I highly recommend Spdcsavetd Blenheim with Blair. I also had my glasses fitted in Ashburton and they were equally professional.

Prompted by a good deal thru my AA membership I decided to visit Spec Savers as at 49 yo my vision has recently been declining. Very busy business and rightfully so. I dealt with 3 staff members thru-out my eye test and glass/lenses purchase. Each staff member was genuinely friendly, professional and also bloody funny! Will definitely recommend this place to others

I have been visiting optometrists for more years than I care to remember and can honestly say this has been one of the best experiences I've ever had, the whole team were exceptional and can highly recommend them to anyone.
