Never disappointed when we are in nelson and visit. The food selection is great. Staff very welcoming and never disappointed with the coffee.

We went for a quiet pint on Sunday afternoon (our first visit). On account of the weather we sat inside. The service was pleasant and beer on tap enjoyable; however, the table we sat at and floor around us was very dirty and there was a bit of a smell (as though there had been a party the night before and the carpets need cleaning). This was quite a let down. If we come back, it’d be to have a pint in the beer garden.

Had a coffee and muffin with my wife. All good.
Went to buy some Stoke 2.5 beers but they didn't have any. Been a few times before to buy some and none available. If there are none on display then you walk out empty handed, they don't go to find any in the brewery, strange.
Try to buy from local businesses but struggling to help this one.

Below average food, and relatively small selection of options (and expensive for what it was). Was expecting more as the actual venue is set up really nicely

Went in for a family birthday lunch. 5 adults and one two year old. Great service, food and drinks. Great outdoor setting.

Service was appalling. I was ignored people behind were served first, possibly regulars. Ordered a platter which was under the seafood expecting to get a seafood platter only to have cheese, olives, crackers etc arrive. Horribly p**d off. Took ages for coffees to arrive. Won't be going back. Waste of money.

Slow would be the only word to describe our experience.

Food was fine and the service staff were pleasant. The kitchen needs to pick up the pace.

We had dinner tonight and it was delicious. They had run out of desserts which we had hoped to takeaway. The service was perfect, thanks amazing women.

Greatest service the missus and I have had hands down. Beers are outstanding and loved the Snackachangi chicken. Might have to try replicate back home. 5 out 5 fresh Wakachangi’s.

The best lattes in Nelson, friendly staff and good food. Great to be able to watch the brewery’s bottling operation through the window too. Definitely worth a visit!

This is a car destination place.the cafe means you can look at the bottling plant whilst eating. Outside seating available overlooking the loading dock. Tours of the brewery available.

The place is pretty badly laid out; to sit outside you are either by the noisy trucks and forklifts or on uneven tables under a big tree. We have found the coffee is consistently cold, and often bitter, so just order the beer (which is great).

Delicious beer and a very good range of food too. Grab a table under the tree in the beer garden

So gutted to get here Yesterday to find you had no record of our booking for the brewery tour. So after a quick raincheck we decided not to be pushed through the tour with the large group who also seemed to have this same problem, but to sit down and do our own wee taster. What a disaster that was! One tasting tray came out within 5mins. Then our food in the following 5mins. And finally after 30 mins I chased the three other tasters. We waited 35mins in total to get our drinks. I'm only giving three stars because at least the food was nice.

Amazing place, amazing beer and the best service I've had in a while. Will definatley be back. Thanks to all the staff for the welcoming service

Loved this place! Amazing food. We had the squid and fried camembert. Delicious and beautifully presented. Great atmosphere and you can watch the drinks being bottled through the windows from the dining area. Huge family bathroom. Great for taking children

Great atmosphere, brilliant Customer Service, food/beverages top! Excellent for evrryone including families. A must stop in!
