7Errol wasn't there, at least not 100% of him, but the staff are always helpful.
I needed to buy a simple and basic microwave oven urgently to help out an elderly man. 100% Errol Rogers was the last shop I went to in the area and the only one who understood what was needed. They did not try to upsell to a needlessly flasher and more expensive model. Great range, good price, and most importantly, honest and ethical.
Tony is very pleasant and we received good advice and good deal. We feel more confident using ER 100% for all our major appliances.
Get most of our electrical stuff here, TVs, whiteware etc.
Staff always ready to talk re problems.
Will deliver, set up and take away old stuff.
Couldn't be happier with the service at Errol Rogers. Their team is really lovely and have used them a couple of times over the years and they have always been very helpful. Today I enquired about a dishwasher just after 9am and it was installed and running at 1pm that afternoon. Great local business!
My experience: They give you competent advise focussing on the quality of their products. The after sales service is hassle free, especially in comparison with similar shops in Northland.
Unfortunately not so good, surly you would think that selling a smart TV one of the first questions would be, hook up do you know how to hook it up, what sort of system are you running, instead the installation details was left up to his younger assistant who 3 weeks prior nearly sold me the wrong lead, intervention by Tony stopped that, Tony was awear of problems I might have in installing, when he said to me on the phone, No signal no TV A, then he said good by and hung up, do you to buy a car but the salesman does not show you how to start it and key features etc etc, not with Tony his excuse was he was busy, so I never got shown on my only day off, now coz it does not suit him but obviously expects me too take a day off loose pay because he never saw the sale all the way through to the end, no after sales advise or service, very disappointed.
