The Women who owns this shop is very rude, unhelpful and has no respect for correct customer service or protocol. Do not what ever you do buy anything from this store. As a family we have now had three very bad experiences at this store they are unbelievably BAD

We were so impressed by the service we received from Graham and Hayley we feel compelled to leave a review here. We bought all our kitchen appliances from these guys at very competitive prices and Graham with his son went out of their way to get our appliances to us before we left for the UK.
The family certainly go that step further to please their customers. Our earlier experience when running a food bank had been out standing also and was a credit to the community.
The earlier review by Craig Rowe is just unreasonable and certainly unbelievable. We think he must have been at a different store or hit his head on the way home.
Keep up the good work guys!

Terrible service for our repair. The first appointment never happened because the invoice which we were never told about or received wasn’t paid. Because in their words the email address we supplied was incorrect despite never being asked for one. For the second appointment we called after they were late and they said the technician was on his way for the technician to tell us that he was only told about our job after our phone call.
Our machine was taken away and we were told they would be in touch.
After 5 weeks we called to follow up and we’re told they didn’t know why it wasn’t fixed.
4 weeks after that we were sent an invoice for the repair which had 1 hour of labour and 1 part that we were told took 10 days to arrive.
We were told that the machine would be delivered a few days later.
When we raised our concerns that their near 9 week turn around from first contacting them and return of our dishwasher we in summary were told we should be grateful as they are awesome.

We don’t ever write reviews but we were really disappointed that 1 hour of labour for a part that required deliver turned into a 9 week blowout was not communicated or within our expectations.

I have read a few reviews and seen the owner come out and criticise his customers.

If you have a problem with what I’m saying come at me bro.

We would like to thanks Hayley and Graeme for their continued support of our small rural football club Kaikohe Afc the family club in the heart of the community. From the very early days of setting up the club Hayley and Graeme have been so generous supporting our voluntary run club donating items for us to raffle. Local support is our lifeline and the amout of support for 7 yrs has been unwavering allowing many young kids to come through the club with your generosity. Thank you on behalf of our club and our community you guys are professional honest hardworking people.

In response to the owner who has decided to try and shame us about living in the country and having mice around. Yes we live in the country and we have traps set for mice 24/7. We were not communicated to about there being an issue apart from on via our review - this doesn’t surprise us. It feels like a way to try and shame us … it hasn’t worked.
We rang Appliance Plus on the 8th August- we received our dishwasher back on the 11th October… that’s not 5-6 weeks. If I did give an email via the phone (I don’t believe I did) I know my email, maybe it was written down wrong? It’s also on Appliance Plus system and he had looked up our warranty so would of had it.
Josh, the technician was awesome- he was friendly and very apologetic for the delay.
We weren’t asking for a refund we were just emailing to say this has been our experience, is this normal and in the further will we get the same service which seems very slow and with poor communication. It is unfortunate that sorry is so hard to say for some people.

Having newly arrived in Kerikeri it was wonderful to find Northland Appliance Plus. Graeme was a great help, knowledgeable and we came away with a dryer that suited our needs and pocket. It's also Kiwi owned. We'll definitely be back.

Great service, very helpful, purchased x2 ovens, cooktop and dishwasher, delivered with care and Josh the delivery guy very friendly and caring, would use again, highly recommend this company.

Owners were happy, helpful & even delivered our new washing machine to our rural address. HOWEVER when the machine broke down a few weeks later, & because my husband had paid cash & lost the receipt. (we did have other ways of proving we brought it) they were rude, so unhelpful & suddenly couldn't remember delivering it. I tried for months to get them to fix this (& in this time I was paying $20 every 2 -3 weeks for a new filter) but gave up because the lady was so rude & she lied to me. She had me in tears. I'm still without a machine. It took me ages to save up for that 1. ILL NEVER SHOP THERE EVER AGAIN.

IN RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE BELOW. THIS IS MY REPLY. It definitely was that place. I showed you the machine manual which had your business card with it, the lady told me it was one of their new cards. We were buying the blue machine filters from you every few weeks. I talked about my washing machine everytime I came in.

Excellent service! Our washing machine stopped working, not only did Graham and team take it away to figure out what was wrong but they came to the house and replaced it with a loan washing machine whilst they fixed the issue. Above and beyond and very grateful for the loan machine, family of 5 without a washing machine would have been challenging. Thank you.

The team at Appliance Plus Northland are the very best!
Having experienced many other service providers, I can say these guys are light years ahead of their competition.
Graham, Hayley, Josh and his son (sorry, forgot his name!) are friendly, professional, and most importantly, honest. They will always point you to the very best deals and are able to do this due to their extensive experience in the business and because they are not out to gouge you. They genuinely want to fit the best product for your needs and budget.
We have just purchased yet another appliance and its always a pleasure to deal with them.
Thank you for another great experience.

We had several purchases in the past, spending Thousands. They do competitive pricing. It is all good as long as you have no warranty claims that can end up in hassle, and a waste of time.

The worst customer service I have ever come across, they do everything possible to get out of providing warranty, I've had to continuously return to the store to get a part ordered under warranty to which I was told its on order for two months plus I finally gave up rang Mitsubishi New Zealand paid for the part out of my own pocket and it was delivered with in two days, to top it all off when they finally got the part in it was the wrong shelf that they picked out of the catalogue, just a joke of a company would not recommend dealing with them at all
