Avo Sushi reviews
11Terrible sushi.salmon still frozen when served and the colour of the salmon is so artificial.miso soup also tasted overly salty and non authentic.super over priced for what it is.will never eat there again and also suggest no one does either.
We went to Avo Sushi for the first time on Tuesday but had to go back on Wednesday and now today for more. The sushi was pretty expensive however we got their sushi at around 4.30-5.30pm when they were finshing up so it was half price. We found the sushi we got delicious, very tasty and fresh with lots of variety. There were a lot of vegetarian sushi available and many other types of sushi. Would reccomend.
I'm traveling in New Zealand. I tried to order in English, but it was so nice and convenient to see two Korean people there, and the owner was very warm and friendlyAnd it was really deliciousI pray that everyone who reads this post is happy and full of good thingsAllaview
Excellent sushi prepared by the owner as well as some preparations such as shrimp in fritters and fried rolls! Very interesting prices and fast service because self-service!
Got an assorted selection of sushi at 2.30 on a Saturday and the rice was stale.
Not recommend
I wasn't ever keen on sushi. I took my sushi loving Moko here and decided to get some for myself as they looked delicious and fresh. Now I'm hooked. Divine
Awful sushi.
Does not taste fresh
Asked the staff what was in the fried sushi and couldn't get an answer.
On top of that its overpriced.
This is a sushi kiosk, so they provide only 3 tables for.dining in. Average taste, reasonable price.
Not good. Horrendously expensive, bad rice, fish didnt't seem fresh. They get 2 stars for using cardboard instead of plastic for their takeaway option, but sushi was poor unfortunately.
Was only in Paihai for a couple of days but ended up going here twice! Really good value lunch option if you’re passing through. Sushi was tasty and good sizes, nothing mind blowing but does the job.
Could do with thinking about their use of plastic!
