7ITM Bay of Islands is a nice spacious place with a wide range of timber & building supplies. Helpful staff are on hand and the prices seem good despite the recent increases. Thanks team and will happily go again!
I was forced to wear a mask in level 2 even though i showed my (real) medical exemption. Guy behind the counter was rude and did not listen to anything that was said. Discriminating against people is wrong and this store needs to learn the law.

Don and Kevin, you two men behaved appallingly today. You were intimidating and rude. You treated me with absolute contempt, all because I had a mask exemption!? !? I was a female customer in a room of about 15 men. When I asked Kevin to stop, I was told by another staff member “you couldn’t help me”. Really? ! All out of stock of the basic product I was trying buy?
You haven’t returned calls from my company about this incident. I am/was a trade customer
The owners of this store have been meeting my building needs since 1979 when they operated Building Materials & Supplies located at Opua Estate.
