Not as good as they use to be. Can not get bright colour bath towels, some things are over priced unless you wait for a sale.

Don't shop in their stores unless there is a sale on then the products may or maybe not worth the asking price ridiculous way to portray your goods.

Returned a broken glass after opening the box and the clerk said he could say it was misuse on my part. Exchange was made but that clerk needs to find a new job.

Pokey little place with unfriendly and unhelpful staff. It is cluttered, untidy and poorly laid out.

I only go there if I cannot find what I need at Kaikohe Bunnings. The last time we visited, the automatic door was stuck and no-one available to help in the paint department.

I have been a customer of Briscoes for many years, spending thousands. But now I have stopped walking into their shops. Their prices are marked-up to give you the impression of bargain buying when discounted, their guaranty periods are too short for durable goods to correspond with the NZ consumer protection laws. This results in ugly discussions and hassle with the management in case of product faults. Other shops, with a more customer friendly approach, are close by.

A bit disappointing at the state of the store. Compared to other stores in NZ, it seems a bit unkept and uncared for. Staff seem friendly and helpful though.

Selling poor quality goods, and when they break don't offer the refund, just replacement. Unless you bring up the consumer guarantee act. Some staff helpful others very poor.

They have a great selection of kitchen supplies, but everything is very expensive even when it's on a huge special.

Huge range of items and lots of parking. Friendly staff and could definitely get lost in the store for hours. Lots of sales especially around new year

Went to buy suitcases. The man in charge of that department was really knowledgeable, shared some information for travelling that wedidn't know, and helped us find good bags for our trip.

Not the best example of a Briscoe store. Maybe because we are used to the Auckland stores. Range seems limited.

Always a bit messy (like all Briscoes) but worth the trip. Huge discounts at times, friendly staff and good for the things you need for reasonable prices.

Central in Northern central Kerikeri, Briscoes has off-street parking and easy pedestrian access. Large overhead signage ensure customers can aim for the zone/s of choice.

Housewares, kitchen, bedroom.are three of many speciality zones. There are some shop-wide deals and some zone-wide specials in addition to spot specials. Shopper needs to be aware of pricing policy and practices, as well as watch the till to see price rung up. Staff typically honour your logic, your calculations if you talk to them before you leave the shop

I can't say I like all the display styles and product transitions - but, if in doubt or you can't find something, talk to one of Briscoe's helpful, friendly team members.

Visit when the sales of 25% or more of normal price are on.
Good store. Normal retail prices are high.

Always love my visits to Briscoes, the teller was so enthusiastic and chatty.
I haven't been for about 2months so love the change in range and colors

Granddaughter needed an overnight bag, so we took advantage of long weekend specials. She got a good buy & I found a few items I needed too. Well worth a look
