Brothers Barber reviews
39My son found his usual experience a bit quick and just lacked some TLC from the business being so busy. The staff are great, I love that I can book it for him online, and he attends like any other scheduled appt. The main reason I am giving a thumbs down is because of the price. OMG. $40 for a student, a 13 year old boy, that is half my shopping bill and felt for the service. This was not worth it. He didn't even get a hot towel wipe down, and due to being so small, their hygienic practices do need some training if you want a secured 40 bucks paid in advance. From his mama's perspective, it's always not short enought which brings us back there in a month. Working that out is 80 bucks a month. We are business owners ourselves and know how hard it is, but $40 covers an entire meal, and let's alot of whanau not endure this experience due to affordability. And what happens when the internet is down? What is their alternative. I wonder if they ever thought of cultural practices around cutting hair being a sacred process?
Easy booking supper friendly staff and good eye for style. Today's cut was great gain. 7th time I been (update I lost count), and will definitely come back again. Eye for detail, making an old man look representable again and again.
Worst hair cut I’ve ever had, they had no idea what they were doing and took for 45 mins just to cut my hair
The staff here are awesome and they do great work! This is my 3-year-old son before and after he got his haircut

Nice people and so happy that you now book online makes it so much easier. (Was five stars)

Was 5 stars now is 2 as is very expensive and always have new barbers every time I go. I now get an amazing hair for $20 which pretty much half price and a nicer haircut.

Great barber shop. Really good service and customer service. Love the ease of online booking! Beats waiting around in a queue of people. Would definitely recommend!
Awesome experience! Got a mean cut…great decor in this place with some chilled music. Very accommodating and fitted me in last minute!

Not too expensive. Drop-in service rather than appointments. No dithering about, just getting a hair cut. Almost did my hair the way I wanted. That's less their fault and more that I've got problem hair.
They require pre payments and bookings weeks in advance. I said I’d rather pay on the day as price was so high for my husband and son to get a haircut that wasn’t even tangible yet. They never responded. They put their profits above having good relationships with customers obviously.
I have just received the best beard trim and haircut from Aki
Outstanding attention to detail. Aki is a facial hair artist. I won't be letting anyone else touch my moustache!
Awesome service, had lyds cut my hair and we chatted the whole time and I'm not one to talk much but she's so easy to talk to it's hard not to! Also gave me a great haircut and some advice on products to use in my hair. Will definitely be going again and would recommend to anyone asking for a good barber 10/10
Good barbers, and their online booking and payment system is great. Book, turn up, get your haircut, walk out. Easy.
My one and only. The bro Aki lined me up real good at my last visit, however all the staff are pros at their craft. Gotta love that fresh feeling after that hot towel though.
Pretty wierd. No appointments needed. Went in about 10.30am. Said I'd be back. " no probs". Came back. "do you have an appointment". Eh, no. Looked and there were three unoccupied hairdressers. "oh you'll have to come back in about 1/2 an hour or so"
Arrived late for my appointment but they still accommodated me and did a great job in the 15 mins that was left from my appointment time. Highly recommend, heard about them at work and decided to try, had a great experience.
My time there was great, the professionalism showen by the barber Aki really improved my hair. I will definitely go to the barber again and again.
Needed a haircut today, heard good things about this place - went inside and said you need an appointment despite saying 'no bookings necessary', the guy said 'no availability, you need to book', asked when i could be seen he, said in 2-3 hours if you book right now.didn't return, i've just saw the prices online and is $48 for skin fade, can't believe it - wouldn't even pay that in auckland for a premium barber shop.extortionate.
